Don’t bother if your in a hurry

Just tried to book my phone in for a screen replacement waited unattended for 10mins while staff sat behind desk , when I was spoken to i explained that all I needed the a screen replacement but was told to come back for an appointment, the time it then took to enter all my details could have easily taken the phone off me, very poor attitude from staff member who dealt with me, far greater concern over shop process vs customer care or even empathy, won’t be going back

Had what appeared to be a hacked social media account, new to area so walked in to Stormfront Newbury. Went to the Tech Bar Service Desk expecting a 'well you didn't buy it here...??" shrug...
But... was served by Ben who said that for a £10.00 Lifeline charge, he'd look at it there and then. He sorted out the problem totally and I was good to go in 40 mins...
Service indeed, very impressed Ben, and my thanks again.
He wouldn't even let me buy him a coffee either...!!

Really friendly staff, very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to dealing with the problems Apple products sometimes like to throw up!

Awful aftercare. After purchasing a new MacBook pro from store, I found out after about 5 minutes of use it wasn't compatible with what I wanted it for. Maybe I should have done a bit more research, however, if I had bought this from Apple themselves I would have been able to return it. However Stormfront's terms and conditions seem to be a little bit confused, and after being told several different things from Head Office, I was told to ring the store. I was told I would be rung back, and seven hours later I hadn't heard anything back and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone since. Note; this is two days later and still nothing.
I will not be returning to store, and am going to buy everything from Apple direct in future. Appauling.

Very helpful staff even if you purchased your Apple products else where, they have a good knowledge of all the products that they sell in store.

After going through the automated part I finally managed to get to an operator, as expected i was put on hold so i waited. About 10 minutes later the call dropped, I would of thought nothing of it, if it wasn`t 17:58. Not cool Apple, not cool.

I had numerous start up and shut down issues with my Macbook Pro. I took it into these guys and have to say they were nothing but helpful. They ran the diagnostics and pinpointed some possible problems. They also helped to make sure my Mac was correctly backed up before we went any further. I left it with them and it was sent to their workshop. I had texts along the whole process to tell me where it was and what was happening. It only took one week and had quite a few major repairs all under warranty. I can't really fault the service or result. I now have a working Mac and am happy. I would recommend these guys.
