Excellent care from start to finish. Every member of staff that I came into contact with during my day case procedure was professional, welcoming and clearly informed me of what to expect. The hospital was spotlessly clean. I was given my own 'pod' (small bright room to wait in before the procedure and recover afterwards). The surgical team were excellent, professional and considerate about my dignity and care. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care I received.

Despite the poor reviews on here, my experience was totally different. I've had 2 surgeries done here. Nursing staff very good. My consultant great, Anaesthetist lovely. Tea and biscuits afterwards. Job done. very happy

I came in for a day procedure, I was really nervous and the nurses made me feel really welcome and made sure that I was okay. I went to theatre and another lovely nurse held my hand during my procedure. It really is the little things, especially as you aren’t able to have family come in with you. Thank you so much everyone for my impeccable care!

An absolute waste of time and NHS money. The doctors here think they know best and don't even listen to what you are telling them. In my opinion I was diagnose even before he saw me, as non matter what I was saying he was going back to his original thought and the advise was a steroid injection or surgery. I will ask for a second opinion.
