We had our wedding reception at Stover Golf Club last year. For a venue that had not hosted a wedding reception before they were outstanding, you wouldn't have had a clue! Food was amazing and excellent value for money per head, no one went hungry that's for sure! Bar staff were great as were the waiting staff. Would highly recommend for a party venue whatever your occasion.

Very nice coarse bit dificult playing it for the first time and a lovely meal to finish the day off

This is such a lovely course, clubhouse with lots of club history and photo's, very friendly staff in pro shop and on course, and the food was excellent, even though Paula forgot my ice cream 😉😆. Definitely go back to play it again 👍

Stover is a great place, all staff make you feel welcome and has a great atmosphere. The food is great and is reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

Lovely summers evening round with ex captain Andy Moore. Course in superb condition

Just played in the mixed Open, receiving a very warm welcome from the Stover ladies running the competition. Beautiful course in great condition. Paired with Stover players Jackie & Andy, very friendly & kind, helping us find our way round. Super pot of tea post game, with the renowned delicious Stover gingerbread man followed by a smashing & plentiful buffet. A visit to the pro shop most rewarding- a whole Ladies Section where I found some great summer shoes. Our golf was more than reasonable, Stover is a very playable, easy to walk course and extremely pretty. I will return!

Just had my 1st game since Xmas I like to thank all the ground staff for the work on the course after all the rain we have had it was great to get there an play sat on the bench at 15 I had a tot of brandy an stones an toast the club for 2016

Greens and fairways are a credit to the green keeper at this time of year, probably best condition in South West��

Great course, my favourite holes are 4 & 16. Greens rolling and very smooth. Thought the course was in very good condition A warm welcome in the bar was lovely as well.

I shall return

Cracking day there, golf course in great condition, will be returning soon

Course was mint yesterday greens very fast even with the rain we had on the course, everyone should have a little Knock here.

As always a great visit the coarse was in great condition the staff make you feel so welcome and you can have a laugh with them and yet again the food was first class cant wait till our next visit

A fantastic course with a very welcoming club house. Great food and beautiful surroundings. The perfect place to spend a few hours

Very picturesque parkland course, with a nice gentle first nine then a very tight second nine. Highly recommend playing this course it's a good test for low handicap golfers and not ridiculously hard for high handicap golfers.

Course was a bit soggy. Greens were good. Food top notch. Drainage of the fairway isn't as good as the pro says.
