What a great place and really convenient to those of us who live out East and use the C2C. Just a short walk from Limehouse Station, you'll get attentive service and some helpful suggestions on new things to try. The pianist is talented, enthusiastic but never too loud (perhaps not loud enough even). The food was excellent too! Will be going back mob handed to spread the joy.

We went last night and had there 70's themed menu. Although in the 70's the food would have been very bland. Updated every course was tasty and interesting. We had prawn cocktail, chicken Kiev and jelly and ice cream. All the staff were super friendly and efficient.

We had a great time at the soft opening night, very comfortable space, delicious food, excellent wine choice, welcoming staff and awesome atmosphere overall! And great piano tunes played by the talented Vaughn Eunson! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back bringing friends :)

We had a fantastic evening during the soft opening. Smoked pigeon was full of flavour while the venison was tender and the sauce both rich and glossy. Sticky toffee pudding and honeycomb ice cream to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and cosy, Vaughn was great on the piano and we will most certainly be back.

The food was outstanding, had a lovely evening in a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the scallops and black pudding to start but also the wild mushrooms and poached egg which my partner had. Looking forward to going back again.

Love this place! Such a gem! The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here - all have been lovely. Everything is fantastically fresh (Please do not complain if you have to wait 15 mins). The quality of the ingredients is very high.



A special mention for the steaks which are as good as a well know Argentinean chain, grass fed and beautifully cooked. Extremely good value and well worth a visit even if you do not live in the area (only 2mins from Limehouse DLR or c2c).



Most people love an independent restaurant but then don't visit and wonder why they close. This is fabulous place that deserves to go from strength to strength for years to come.

It is truly a gem in the area. You can immediately tell a lot of heart and thought was put into it. We were amazed by the food, especially the smoked short rib and the blue cheesecake 🍽�.

Add cosy atmosphere with live piano music and you get a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Great food, great atmosphere. Scallops and black pudding cooked to perfection, pork belly with crackling I only wish I'd savoured instead of devoured, followed with a generous helping of sticky toffee pudding and honeycomb ice cream which I'm still thinking about. Everyone needs to go here...immediately!

Fantastic venue. I've been back a few times now. Both with friends (birthday celebration), partner and most recently for Sunday lunch with my young family. Each time the staff have been most friendly and helpful towards our needs.

The food is absolutely delicious, I had to order the same starter twice! (black pudding). And the Sunday roast didn't disappoint!! Great wine list and my friend very much enjoyed the Espresso Martini's - of which next time I'm participating. The ambiance is enhanced by a background pianist which is a really nice touch. And a change from a sound system. I just wish I lived more local! Thank you team.

Excellent new restaurant in Limehouse, had a chilled meal with a few friends. Everyone was happy with their food and the service staff were super helpful. I had mackerel for starters, delicate flavours and beautifully presented. Guinea fowl for mains. Desert selection has been set by someone who knows exactly what they're doing! Totally recommend it for groups or a quieter meal for two.

A big thank you to Andrew and his team for accomodating the 27 of us for Our Christmas party yesterday! The team were great hosts and the food and drinks were just fabulous! They were so good about adjusting the menu for any dietary requirements; there wasn’t a single complaint; there was a fabulous pianist playing lovely music throughout the meal; and Andrew (I think the owner) also nipped down to the nearest shop just so they had my favourite type of juice. unnecessary but just so so nice! ���
