Stratford Pilates

Stratford Pilates is owned by Gail Adams who successfully runs 31 classes in Coventry and now has 7 successful classes in Stratford upon Avon.

Gail is a highly trained Pilates Instructor who has trained with 3 top Pilates Training Providers: Pilates Institute, STOTT Pilates and Body Control Pilates and is a member of the Body Control Association. Gail runs a studio in Coventry with 31 classes and has now taken over classes previously run by an Stratford Pilates Centre, run by exceptional instructor Lauren Bannister who kindly recommended who customers to me as a fellow Body Control Pilates Instructor.
