Stratstone Mini Hull

Not a great experience. Travelled a long way (Midlands) after leaving a deposit over the phone. Would not deliver the car to my local dealer, would not negotiate on price at all. Replies to emails etc are slow if at all, causing us to have to pay double for our train ticket up there. After spending 18k with them the aftersales support is basically none existent, i have been asking for the last 3 weeks now what the cooling off period is, and also how to get certain advertised functions working, with little to no help. Doesn't help that the car has more rattles than my previous 9 year old VW had. Very dissapointed in this dealer, as i could have bought a better car with less miles from an indy garage, but decided to go for the peace of mind that a dealership offers... or so i thought.

I visited this garage with my son who was buying a new mini they were very helpful giving good advice about best way to buy and information about insurances etc the staff were very helpful and friendly wanting the best 4 us ..my son did a deal and they made it a memorable experience picking it up ...

A phenomenal experience when purchasing our new BMW - would highly recommend. Helpful without being pushy.

Top service. Got the train from Reading to Hull to pick up a lightly used Mini for my wife which they had ready for my arrival despite a misunderstanding where they thought I was simply coming to view. Wife loves the car so thanks very much for an easy purchase & great quality used car.

They do have some interesting cars , but it's all about economobiles over the past few years .

Very happy with my experience at the Stratstone BMW, Hull dealership. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff, who were both professional and polite. My vehicle was very well presented and ready for collection at the mutually agreed time.

Went into Mini Hull and spoke to Phillip Dale. I asked him to find out if my current Paceman bike rack would fit a Mini Clubman I am thinking of buying. I asked him to find out and call me and let me know which he said he would do no problem. So here we are 5 weeks later and still no phone call from him or his salesman. I have now contacted Marshalls BMW Mini who could not do enough for me and the customer service was great from start to finish. I would not buy a car ever again from Stratstone Mini Hull the service is awful and the way they treat loyal customers is shocking. I have spent thousands of pounds on cars over the years often buying two at a time but never again. Take my advise go elsewhere if your looking for a new Mini it might just save you a lot of hassle.

Possibly the worst bmw dealership in the uk for customer service. I'll be happy to get rid of my M5 f10 just to not have to deal with them . Left and right hand need to really get grip .

The work done to the car was satisfactory (brake fluid service) as well as a below average attempt at a courtesy valet, however the actual customer service experience was sadly lacking in any form of personal attention. The receptionist seemed more interested in online shopping and most of the male staff seemed only interested in the receptionist. How can this dealership be so different in customer service to the Scunthorpe one? Not so much as an offer of a drink until shamed into it. I shall not be rushing back.
