Love the new refurb looks fantastic, fresh and modern

Jas and the staff are very efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and most importantly my husband felt genuinely valued as a customer. His new glasses were expertly fitted and he can get help at any time if he has any problems in the future. Highly recommended.

I took my 10 year old daughter to see Jaspal Chaggar - Stratton and Stratton. This was to determine whether tinted lenses would help her in her schooling. We received great care from Mr Chaggar which put her at ease as she was understandably nervous and worried. We came away with violet tinted glasses which she said "made the words stand still and nice".

Thank you, we can't wait to see how much of a difference it makes to her.

I recently changed opticians and I'm so glad I did.

Jas was fantastic. I have a history of eye disease in my family and after obtaining the information required he gave a thorough eye test. I purchased new frames and lenses which Jas measured and re- measured to make sure lenses were correct and that the chosen frames also fitted correctly. I can't thank Jas and Linda enough for all their help and brilliant service!

I have been going to this opticians for over 30 years they are all so lovely from paul and the girls to now jaz and the girls who are so lovely !! So friendly welcoming great with children and would highly recommend to anyone

I have been coming here for years and was worried when Mr Stratton left that the service would not be as good. The new Optician Jaz is great, fantastic service and really helpful. I ordered new glasses and they were here within a week. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Have known Paul Stratton for over 40 years. Have always had excellent service from Paul and staff of the Billericay practice and previous practice in Ilford ( many years ago. )You will be missed Paul as you have been there for all my family. Happy, well earned retirement.

Had my eyes tested here few weeks ago. Then ordered new glasses. The eye test was very thorough and optician friendly . My glasses were ready in just over a week. I have been back to have slightly adjusted. All the staff are so friendly and nothing a problem. Great selection of frames to suit all ages and budgets. Will be back soon to order sunglasses. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Had an appointment today the staff were fabulous and so very helpful they went above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one the receptionist very kindly played toys with my little boy whilst it was my Turn to have my eyes checked. The optician was exceptionally patient when my little boy had his eye test as he doesn't still for long!!! Can't thank them enough really good service :)

First time I have had an eye test it was a pleasant experience and made me feel at ease.
