Excellent service and knowledge when I had some issues with my bike.

Great local bike shop, very helpful and good service.

Not very impressed. I was given the wrong sized tyres even though I took in the rim. They then ordered the correct size and said they would ring. They didn't. I received no apologies for either mistake and also felt that I was overcharged for the tyres. Shame as I do like to support small businesses but I wish I had shopped online as it would have saved me 3 trips to their shop and overpriced goods.

Not sure how to describe the service I received . First person I spoke to was very helpful . Then I spoke to the owner Alex , we discussed a bike he had for sale . I then emailed to say I would like to buy it , could he call me so we could arrange payment . He emailed back later in the day to say someone else was interested in the same bike . I reiterated my wish to purchase the bike and could I pay . Alex replied later asking if I wished to pay by card or bacs . Then he emailed to say he had sold it to someone else!
So a very confusing experience . I hope he has plenty of customers queuing up so he can mess around and ignore the ones he doesn't want to sell a bike to .
So no stars for customer service . Well maybe's 1 star . Tim the guy I spoke to initially was very helpful .

Great independent bike shop! Best in Norwich. Bought my first new bike in years from there this week - Tim and Liam really helpful and patient explaining through the models and options, really happy with my new bike and cost no more than any of the bigger chains! 5 stars easy, highly recommended.
