Stretton interchange is a really nice place to be when going on your summer holidays

Place was packed to the roof but all went smoothly only a short wait then on way to our winter break thank you Shearings

No problem had a cup of tea and then bus left on time. I would recommend driving yourself to the interchange if you are able as it will save an awful lot of waiting around and transit time. I believe there is a parking charge but probably worth it. We have been before but my wife booked this trip as a surprise so no chance to comment on the arrangements.

Just had a week away at the Cotswalds. Arrived at interchange and found it clean and tidy. Toilets were nice and clean. It does appear to get very busy but on going out and returning we managed to get a seat. Enjoyed the holiday and our driver Danni was superb and was amazingly good at doing his job. Will definitely book with Shearings again.

Great place. Very efficient. Good facilities. Well informed of times etc. Would recommend to anybody. No hassle with suitcases etc. Brilliant start to the holiday and efficient service on return.

Brilliant everything you want and more Shearings are very professional

As a Bus Station its clean, reasonable priced, seating available and its inside. I can think of alot worse Bus Stations I have used in the past one example National Express Birmingham. We was the last coach to leave as we were waiting for passengers and the driver for our area but its part of it and being our first time with Shearings we will definitely use them again.

On the up and up.

We have been going to Stretton for a number of years. The seating arrangement having been fully redesigned is m charged better. Not enough for 1000 but then there is no capacity to expand anywhere. Cafe is fine I'd you are there early as is parking. Staff are always helpful and I have never yet had to queue in ladies as plenty of toilets. Better than being collected on some services �

The fact they have put more seats in the seating area is a bonus but in the ladies toilets there were at least 6 that were out of order which seems ridiculous

I cant believe the people that complain about this place, i found it to be clean cheap food compared to Motorway service stations and plenty of seating.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, if i could recommend one thing it would be to have more tvs that show you your time of departure because it can be difficult to hear the tannoy.

I expected the place to be a dive but it wasn't.

Found it very pleasant. Got there early so no queues for coffee. Very clean. Easy to park our car too 😊

Found it to be clean, warm and very efficient staff.

Clean and tidy, not enough seats as most folks were elderly, very large queue for tea and coffee in the mornings but fine in the afternoon, think it would be better if you were told how long approx you have to wait for your departure time, staff were very helpful

I think its a OK place to change coach but the facilites are sparse and aslight feeling of uncomfortness and coldness

The coffee is disgusting and the sandwiches. They could really do with a decent cafe. Only good thing is plenty of toilets
