Hope you all have had a wonderful bank holiday weekend and will enjoy the last day of it today! Everyone here has just been playing in the sprinklers and paddling pools. 100% Miranda's favourite thing to do, she's such a water baby!
Exciting things happening with some of our fleece! Our absolutely fantastic friend and volunteer Marta creates such beautiful pieces of jewellery! So much so that even Lionel and Larry have some purpose again ππππ this, and other items, soon to be available for any visitors we have to the farm!
Brooklyn is just not interested in my table manners suggestion... perfectly content to eat with her mouth wide open π
The girls have made it incredibly difficult to get a wheelbarrow past them πππππ
We have something amazing to share with you all today! The incredibly talented @holliechildeart chose four of our alpacas to paint and she's now sent us the finished product and we are absolutely blown away by it! Two of the subjects of the painting are in the background of this photo as I was showing them the picture (π) and they said it was like looking in a mirror! We actually can't handle how beautiful and realistic it is, and it's soon going to be loud and proud on our ...wall in the lounge. We LOVE it. Thank you ever so much Hollie for choosing us as your subjects; Galina, Amara, Bonnie and Oyster are so proud to have been picked (also it has slightly gone to their heads and have been strutting around the paddocks, completely full of themselves now!) Please do all check out Hollie's artwork as we can't recommend her enough!! β€

We are super excited but also super nervous to show you some of our handmade creations we've been working on here. All made from the fleece of our own alpacas in an attempt to make toy versions of them...so if you've always wanted to have your own Larry for example, you now can!
All available are currently listed on our etsy shop. We do also take requests so if you'd like one made of a specific alpaca, please do message us and we can talk about making you one ...to order! Much like our actual alpacas, the toys are very individual/ one of a kind...! Remember that if you purchase one of these, or our calendars, all proceeds go straight back to the animals and their welfare. We have a new member of the Stubbs Farm family! Meet Piglet, our 9 week old dalmatian puppy. We thought we'd just let her have a look at the alpacas but she said no thank you. Can't wait for her to get a bit older and meet them properly when she's ready!

Went here yesterday with my friend Amy and niece Ellie, omg what a beautiful place and gorgeous animals! οΏ½οΏ½Lucy was amazing at telling us, everything about them! All had different personalities, all so lovely and getting to see baby criaβs too, was brilliant!
We went when the babies were there and it was an all round amazing experience, we all throughly enjoyed walking the male alpacas and feeding them all, everybody there was extremely welcoming and knowledgable and we would definitely go again and recommend. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Great day here, Lucy was full of information and the alpacas are so lovely. More than expected, would thoroughly recommend. Take snacks/picnic. Lovely family day out.
