We used Martin (Studiowise Photography) for our wedding back on 21 June 2014 at Tortworth Court and had an amazing day. Martin was a gem to work with he made you feel comfortable and got involved with the family, he went above and beyond to make sure we had some lovely photos or what I like to call art-pieces during our big day. 3 years on and Martin we will get our photos from you lol, just money and time at the mo. We had an excellent experience of getting portraits done of our dogs. Our older dog can be a bit nervous at times and Martin was excellent in getting the dogs into the studio and just letting them wander about until they felt comfortable with the environment. He was also great in the suggestions that he had for trying to pose the shots (and patient as dogs aren't always cooperative). The photos Martin got were brilliant and we can't recommend his services highly enough.

We had Martin to photograph our wedding back on the 26th may 2017 in the scorching sunshine. He was absolutely amazing and every one of our guests has commented on how efficient he was on our day. Nothing was too much trouble and we have just seen the proofs of our photos and wow we are blown away. Really can't recommend Martin enough. On Saturday 14th June 2014, we got married at Arnos Manor Hotel Bristol and Martin was our photographer. He came recommended by the hotel and he captured our day perfectly. Martin is very professional, has expert knowledge of the location and kept the day running to time. He is a great organiser and gave us the opportunity to practise posing before the day, which meant we were confident we'd get the photographs we wanted. My wife and I had the pleasure of having Martin as our wedding photographer in August this year. It's very difficult to find someone who really has a passion for their career these days, however there is no such problem dealing with Martin. Professionalism and enthusiasm, a very creative flair and a transcendent level of knowledge about photography makes this man the number one choice for photography without a doubt. I would whole heartedly recommend Martin to anyone, friendly, welcoming and generally a pleasure to work with and be around.



During the day we barely knew he was there, which was absolutely perfect. The finished photographs really are another level. Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end.

My partner and I had a photo shoot with our little girl who was 3 months old at the time. Martin was great and arranged an early morning slot to fit in with my partners shifts. I was very apprehensive prior to the shoot, but needless to say as soon as we walked through the doors and saw how he was with our little girl I instantly relaxed! He was absolutely great with her and she managed 40 mins worth of laughing and joking! We've got some brilliant shots!

The photo viewing was also great fun and again I had certain anxieties regarding the price as I knew I would want so many. The way he gets you to view your pictures is great and when you've done so he discusses display composition, framing and editing! I must say I feel the price of prints and digital copies is very reasonable. There is also no hard sell, you can tell Martin wants you to have a personalised picture your happy with.

We got our edited digital photos within a week, took a bit longer for a framed piece we wanted however with the lead up to Xmas etc I expected this!

I will definitely be visiting studio wise again when my daughter is older or if we have more children! Even going to enquire regarding Martin capturing our wedding! All in all Martin and the team are great. Thank you

My large family (18 of us) descended onto Martin’s studio where he very professionally and with a great sense of humour took loads of fabulous photos. We all enjoyed ourselves even my 80 year old parents!. As there were so many of us and so many decisions to be made we took ages getting back to him but every time we did he was always super friendly and helpful.

Martin was brilliant from start to finish, he takes great pride in his work and it really shows from the amazing photos he captured for us. Martin recently did a family photoshoot for us. His relaxed style made everyone really at ease, and the whole session was great fun. This despite the fact that certain people in the group (!) hate having their picture taken, and are very rarely pleased with pictures of themselves... But with this session with Martin, the end results are really lovely, and EVERYONE is very pleased with the pictures. Thoroughly recommend!

Martin photographed our wedding in 2009! I still regularly go to his website and browse all the shots, as well as flick through our amazing album we have here at home. Very professional and friendly. Thanks again Martin :)

Got our wedding photos today (our fault it took so long we just couldn't pick!). We are so happy with them I love them more and more everytime I look at them. Martin was so good on the day, it was so relax and I barely noticed him there. Our photos are all natural and relaxed and would definitely hire Martin again if we are ever in need of a photographer. Both myself and my sister have never been particularly glamorous or photogenic so a make over photo shoot didn’t feel us with particularly high hopes for a nice picture. So when we turned up and were immediately greeted by lovely Sara who put us at ease. We were taken into a quiet room and Sara started with the unenviable task of trying to make us look presentable. And by some miracle she did. She was considerate in what our make up routine was so as to make us not look unrecognisable. She took her time and made sure that we were happy at every step.

Now to the photos. Martin is brilliant. Immediately put us at ease and explained the best pose for a good photo. Very knowledgeable and a real professional. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend!

At first I was unsure as my shoot was through Emma's diary. I've been given "free" shoots before and ended up paying out a fortune. Martian was so lovely! He told me everything before hand that I needed to know (small prints etc) and recommended the best prices etc to suit me and my budget. Not only that but he worked so well with my 8 week old son. His photos are absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to collect them. Defiantly recommend this guy to everyone especially when you get what you pay for. I will defiantly be using Martian again in the future as our family photographer x

As soon as we met Martin we clicked! He is so easy to work with and made us feel really comfortable! We gave Martin a huge shot list for our wedding day and he took all the pictures we asked for without me even realising (I thought he had missed some out, he's like a secret agent……he was everywhere but so discreet) so when we went to see all our pics I was so happy! And shed many tears as the pictures made us relive the whole day! On the day of our wedding Martin was so amazing, everyone made comments on how good he was and friendly towards everyone! So pleased with all of our pictures, we now have the hard task of choosing some for our album! I would recommend Martin to anyone and everyone! Just brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant photographer! Martin was recommended to me by a friend after we saw photos on here of her newborn baby, he booked us in with very short notice and on the day was amazing with baby Noah who was quite restless throughout but that didn't stop him capturing great photos. I can't wait to see the end result and will definitely be back again! Thank you!
