Style Taxis Newmarket

These guys are my 'go to' taxi co. locally to Newmarket and airport runs. Always friendly, good value and never let me down!

Do not recommend at all , booked a taxi to collect husband and they"forgot" him, when questioned, the operator jokingly said "well he is 70 he's just forgot " as if it was a joke!
Not impressed when you have done a days work and need to get home for an important meeting.
"Tip" Maybe if your 70 and still driving a taxi maybe you should write your bookings down so you don't forget

They've said taxi will be in 20 min, they've arrived in 6min., seats were wet and the taxi driver was rude! As well they've almost drove off as they didn't even have any markings on a car!!!!

Service as expected but £5 charge on any card charge expensive

Very poor. Left hanging after making a booking. Took me a long time to find an alternative mode of transport as the booking was made for a specific time and place that was not easy to arrange last minute. Would not trust them again.

Their record keeping and booking reservations is abysmal.

After ensuring they had all of our details correct I made a booking for the following day. The individual who took the information repeated back the details, indicating he had taken down our location and the time we were to depart.

The following day, I called at the appointed time of pick up to see if our ride was on the way. I was told there was no booking on record for my pick-up.

Taxi turned up exactly as expected going to the venue and returning home, was not left outside waiting for transport. Resonable price for journey both ways.

We had a really bad experience with style taxis , i prebooked a taxi to pick up my elderly parents from Exning at 5.45 am to go to Addenbrooks hospital . The taxi did not arrive my father rung them and there was no reply so he had to make other last minute arrangemrents to get to the hospital so I do not recommend this taxi firm .

I have had mixed experience.. 1st time the lady that picked me up was very friendly and on time told me some great stories about the area. 2nd time the man that collected me came in a cab full of dog hair from previous pickup.. I was going to a meeting and then the whole way to the airport was taking and making calls to arrange the days pick ups.. So I'm in two minds wether to use them again as didn't feel that safe..in that situation, appreciate they may have had a problem with staff that day but still shouldn't affect safety of passengers.

We've journeyed twice with this company. First time to V in Bury St Edmunds, another time to Heathrow. Excellent on both counts. Recommended.

Taxi booked 2 weeks before our flight through email. Very happy with service. Lucy was very helpfull and gave me all information I needed. On the day, taxi came on time, driver very friendly. Good prices. Will use this company again.
