This was a fantastic experience. Today I had my hair and beard done by Tom, which was done to the highest standard, and I am very very happy with it. However, the experience started as soon as I walked through the door, the team are all well drilled, the drinks are cold , and the coffee is a dream! No sooner had I walked in the shop, my coat was hung up and I was sat down with a drink and magazine in hand. There is a 2 hour wait on a Saturday, but this wait is because it is fantastic.. highly recommend �

So I guess I should start at the beginning as in walking through the door. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, I was shown to a seat to await my fate and was offered a nice cold beer! Cheers I thought on such a hot afternoon really needed. I had time to watch the 4 guys going about their trade and was so very impressed by their attention to detail, their concentration and overall care of those in their hands. I was then summoned and requested to sit In a chair to start my " treat/ pamper" a traditional wet shave thanks to my wife, this was the very first time I had had such a pleasurable treat. So I was shaken by the hand by a guy who immediately put me at ease, introduced himself a guy called Sam ( a surfer kind of guy) what can I say! his professionalism, his knowledge was outstanding. I will treat my two sons to a pamper/ wet shave and all I can say is this. If your Hubby, son, dad or male friend deserves a treat this IS the place, this IS a treat and this really IS a great way to give your loved one a huge smile on their face. Ask for Sam! Popped in for a haircut recently, was met by the young trainee who could not do enough, he took my coat and made me a fantastic coffee whilst i waited for my cut. Even though the shop was busy Sophie the owner managed to squeeze me in for a cut with tom. The five star treatment started straight away, i had my hair washed then talked through in detail what i wanted with tom, his knowledge of barbering and modern styles was second to none. He persuaded me to try a new style, something which i hadn't had before, i placed my complete trust in him and wasn't let down. The conversation throughout with tom was brilliant and he made me feel completely relaxed. He made sure i always had a drink and was always comfy. The style and shape finished and i was delighted with the result. It was well worth the commute from wrexham. Ive been to see many good barbers across the uk but i have to say Sophie's team was fantastic and as for tom i will without doubt be returning.highly recommended

Place is awesome. Lucas did my cut and it’s the best I have ever had, so much attention to detail. Very, very reasonably priced for the quality you get, 100% 5*. Cheers!

Impressed to say the least. I took a trip to Chester while visiting family in North Wales. We are from just outside of London so weren't very familiar with the area. Looked up Suave online and decided I would pop in today and see if it was possible to get a trim and shape up for my beard. We were warmly welcomed and the service was impeccable. Tom did a great job and I left chuffed with the experience. Will definitely be visiting again next time Im up this neck of the woods. Thank you again Tom and the Suave staff.

I visit Damien around every 2 to 3 weeks always get a great cut he is always very friendly and has great ideas on how to give me the rite cut, Damien is by far the best barber I have ever had hands down. I would recommend him to my friends and have on many occasions. The service at suave is impeccable an all round great place great staff great atmosphere.

I never leave reviews because frankly I cannot be arsed, however today i am going to make an exception. I am a 29 year old male, for the first 28 years of my life i have had s*** hair cuts, from s*** barbers, ranging from bowl cuts to high & tights so high that it’s practically a mohawk, which isn’t a good look for me as i have an egg shaped head. Enough was enough, and having tired from the mediocre trimmings i was receiving in the north wales area, I decided to set out on a journey that would change my life forever! Roughly a year ago, i seen an advert on Facebook posted by suave, the gentleman in the picture looked slick as a mother, so I decided to give this establishment a chance and i have never looked back, I personally get my haircut by Damien and he is the only person who has ever been able to give me a decent trim, it has even led to me getting laid on multiple occasions, i s*** you not, the man’s a legend, im not homosexual but i love the guy. If you’re reading this and you don’t get you’re hair cut by Suave, then I seriously suggest you take 5 minutes to evaluate you’re life choices, that is all.

I came from a small town barbers to the excellent service and expertise of Max at Suave! I will never look back now! I have never had someone take so much care and interest in my hair. Max is a complete perfectionist and can't do enough for you! I was early and he saw me straight away, he also spent the extra time to tidy my edges and style my stubble! Can't recommend Max enough! Top bloke and Expert Barber! Suave is a brilliant environment and a proper old school professional barbers! I'm looking forward to my next appointment already! Thank you for making me feel at home and sorting my mop Max!

Had my hair cut but all the guys there now I think, they are equally talented and really listen to you if like me there are parts of your hair you don't like, receding hairline, thin hair etc. Their skills have shown me you can hide what you don't like and still look on point.

First time visit to Suave today and I was blown away, the atmosphere and feel of the shop is excellent and all of the staff are extremely professional, stylish and attentive. Tom did me an amazing haircut and beard trim and I came out of the shop at least a foot taller feeling like a new man. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Keep up the good work I will definitely be back :)

Fantastic barbers where you get what you pay for - quality! I make a 70 mile round trip from near Shrewsbury for a monthly trim - why? Damien is a class barber - cuts my hair perfectly every time tweaking it each time and making it better than the last whilst being full of chat from football to box sets to Alcatraz visits! Customer service is first class with a quality coffee or a beer - couldn't speak highly enough of Suave or Damien!

Been coming to Suave for over 2 years now every 2 weeks and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my beard apart from Chris who is a legend and a good mate! All the staff are friendly, especially Johnny who I have become friends with by coming to Suave! Here’s to another year of quality grooming. Thanks guys!

Another top class cut today by Damien, highly recommend! Top class bloke and a friendly environment to go to. If you want a haircut in Chester suave is the place to go. Great welcome at the front from johnny who quite possibly makes the best coffee in Chester!

As for the place its all been said before great service from the second you walk in to the moment you leave, wether its your jacket being fetched the compliantary drinks or the luxury surroundings.

Was very good the first first few times I went, but the last few times it was very average, although highlighted in the price, I was asked if I wanted a shampoo or not in a 'I can't be asked' kinda way. And seemed rushed the last time I went because it was busy. Shame, because it was excellent in the beginning.

Went for a small trim. Said I wanted to keep the mustache to curl out. Been trimmed right down. all my bald patches visible again.. Not happy
