Staff are very unhelpful.

Members of staff very slow and do not know the first thing about customer service! Was sat eating my dinner at the table and one member of staff changed the seating area bins and left them in the middle of the floor, which may I add was right next to our table, for a good 10 minutes. If that's not enough to put you off your sand which I don't know what is. 😞

Bad experience from the members off staff on my daughters birthday ! My daughter had chosen subway as her birthday tea clearly wearing her birthday badge . She was excited but not long . After choosing our subs and paying at the till we were ask if we were eating in or taking out we opted to eat in as we regularly do . We then grabbed our food and went off to choose a table ? As we tried to choose a table they were all label up saying table reserved ? I ask a member of staff what was happening they responded to me by saying food has to be taken away after 6pm as stated on the door they close at 7pm ? The attual time when looking at my phone was 5:23pm ? I'm still baffled now maby the staff have trouble telling the time or was in a rush to get home ? Clearly not respectable to the paying public .After having it out with a member of staff I was still made out to be the one at fault ! Not happy at all .I will not be visiting that particular store again .
