An exciting opportunity has arisen for Shift Supervisors to join our team across our St Helens stores, specifically in our Bridge Street store.

... Candidates must be fully flexible in working hours and will be required to cover various shifts. The hourly rate is dependant on your age, please enquire for more details. Shift Management experience is desired but full training will be provided
You will be responsible for driving the team to exceed all customer expectations through your sheer passion and desire for the product, fully ensuring that you are satisfying and maximizing your customer’s needs. You will lead from the front, be a real hands-on leader and be pivotal in the development of the team.
Working as part of a busy team, you will be using your own initiative but also following instructions.
Main Duties
Provide excellent customer service and ensuring all employees are following your example Continually corrective coach and encourage staff to meet new levels of customer service Food Preparation – Preparing meat, vegetables, bread to a high standard Ensuring the Front counter is well stocked with fresh produce at all times Paperwork and Cash Handling Carry out ‘Cash In’s’ at change over. Cleaning to a high standard ensuring the customer area and back room is kept tidy and organized Ensure that all operations are carried out to Subway Standards Carry out Job Roles specifically assigned to you by the Store Manager, Operations Manager or the Franchisee. Skills Required
Effective Communication Skills
Ability to work on own initiative and in a teamwork environment Excellent timekeeping and attendance Flexibility and Reliability Leadership and Team Motivational skills Ability to carry out instructions accurately.
