There will be no consular services of any kind tomorrow Wednesday 7th November at the Embassy. Services will resume on Thursday 8th November but are yet expected not run normally as usual during that day. Apologies for any inconvenience and many thanks for your kind understanding.

It was a wonderful evening tonight at the Embassy where the beloved Griselda Eltayib MBE, wife of the late iconic Sudanese Professor Abdallah Eltayib, witnessed her book 'Regional Folk Costumes of the #Sudan' launched in the #UK

On the Occasion of the Celebrations of the New Hijri Year, The Embassy Will be Closed on Friday 14th September. Work Will Resume Normally on Monday 17th September.

The Embassy will also be closed on Monday 27th August for the Summer Bank Holiday

It was quite a successful UK-Sudan Trade and Investment Forum earlier today at the IoD, organized in collaboration between the Embassy and DMA. The Nash Room was a witness to a ''historical day'' as described by some delegates!

Delighted to see Dr. Hania Morsi, founder of Khartoum Centre for Breast Cancer, winning the Arab Women of the Year 2017 prize, for her medical achievement, in social responsibility.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
On the occasion of celebrating the birth of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), the Embassy will be closed this Friday 1st December and will resume work normally on Monday 4th December.

Fantastic session with students from Beech Grove Academy, Kent. They're representing Sudan in a Model United Nations debate in a couple of weeks and asked the Embassy's representative many insightful questions on how Sudan works within an international dimension!

You ask What do you think of Sudanese Embassy. I think you are evasive and would like to ask WHY SO QUIET EMBASSY OF SUDAN U.K. AND IRELAND. We are waiting for information regarding appeal by Meriam Ibrahim and the situation of Faiza Abdalla from El Gadarif.. When will Meriam Ibrahim be freed and what is the situation regarding Faiza Abdalla. Freedom for Meriam Ibrahim.

Shameful treatment of its citizens. Free Meriam.

Please free Miriam and her family and give them the freedom and peace they deserve! Those poor children need to be with their parents and in a safe place! Praying that you free them and immediately!!!!

Noura Hussein is imprisoned because she is raped - is this their Islam??? How can they represent such a corrupt government?

I would like your Embassy better if your country would FREE Meriam Ibrahim!

Dear Sudan Embassy,

Please can you contact me as your Embassy phone number no longer works. After sending my passport along with a postal order for the £55 fee I have heard nothing of my much needed visa.

I know from my tracked parcel that Taher signed acceptance of my delivered passport and other documentation required at 11:39am on 14th June 2018.

As I am travelling on the 7th July and I also need my passport to arrange other formal documents it is imperative I know when and how to receive my visa and passport back.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I'd like to respectfully demand the immediate release of Hassan Abduraheem Taour and Kuwa Shamaal. The Sudanese constitution demands that anyone arrested must face charges or be released within 45 days. They have been held without charge for more than 45 days.

International Christian Concern and their partners have authored a letter and have petitioned the Sudan Embassy in the USA for the release of these men.
