Libby is one of my oldest and longest clients , her owners were very worried this time as she has gone a little senile with age and has the odd accidents in the house , I don’t suddenly stop caring for your pets because things have changed and it will be a little difficult , they will holiday with me till they finally leave us and I will make every visit happy , loved and perfect for their needs xx

I am very passionate about wildlife and after running my own wildlife hospital for 10years one of the most horrific injuries to hedgehogs are when they get burnt in bonfires , people are much more aware now but it still helps to remind people , please share and let’s save as many rare hedgehogs as we can this year - thank you

This lovely boy Noel having a fab 1st holiday All parrots get plenty of time out of their cages to play and also get a steamed veg supper every evening , I also insist that all birds have a simple test for PBF disease before their 1st visit

A lot of poorly Pets come to me via recommendation from vets , chippy is a long term client who we love and has been of her food for many weeks and the vets fitted her with a feeding tube , I was really happy when after just one day of my super green liquid she started to eat , this is so rewarding and has put a smile on her owners face , it is really important that tortoises are kept in the correct conditions and should never be housed in vivariums , I’m always here for a chat and advise x

Where to start with sue, couldn’t imagine a better person or place to leave our beloved Diego. She lives for the animals, is honest, reliable, friendly and responsible and now a very good friend! We travel a long way to leave him with sue now as we know he is in good hands there. And what’s more Diego loves his holiday home at auntie Sue’s! So now when we go on holiday, so does he!

We take our King Charles Cavaliers to Sue’s when we go away and we know they will be safe, loved and looked after. When we pull up on the drive they know where they are and run to the gate very excited. Sue loves all animals and we would never take our dogs anywhere else.

We have used Sue for around 6 years now to look after our very timid cats. I don't think words can describe how dedicated Sue is to the animals in her care (and to any animals in need) she is just a wonderful caring individual.

Our cats came from a feral environment and don't trust a lot of people but during our holidays, sue has managed to build their trust during their home visits.



I can honestly say I don't know what I'd do without Sue!



I can always rest assured that my cats are going to get quality care in their home environment and I would highly recommend Sue to everyone!

We feel confident the Sue will look after our Bobby. He is an escape artist but he has been safe on all three visits. He loves his holidays here and is always happy after he has stayed. Sue is so friendly and loves the animals so much, we would recommend her every time.

Sue provides an amazing service, both my dogs have stayed with sue and our cat, they absolutely love going and are treated as one of the family. Sue is brilliant, there's not many people I would to leave our pets with but I certainly don't worry at all when they have been with Sue! I couldn't recommend Sue's pet sitting service enough, reliable, reasonable and a wonderful place for the dogs to go on their holidays!

Sue is fab, she is a natural with all animals and its clear she loves her job. My dogs love her and race out of the car to see her. I can go away knowing my dogs are pampered and looked after so well while they are staying with her. So much that they sulk when I bring them home. Sue is a animal fosterer for Alley Cats and Kittens. Her hands on nature and years of experience with all types of animals meant we received a very brave and resilient kitten. She truly cares about each and every animal in her care. We still communicate about Mali now and it's been 8 months.

Sue Baxter’s is like a second home for my Bichon Evie. Evie has terrible separation issues but is always happy to trot off with Sue. I also like the fact that should Evie be poorly, Sue always knows what to do. I don’t think there are many breeds fussier than Bichons and if you can please a Bichon you are definitely doing things to a very high standard. The pictures and updates are always very welcome when we are away as I think I have separation issues too!

From the minute you speak to Sue you will see instantly the love she has for animals.

Poppy our Cockapoo stayed with Sue recently and had a brilliant time playing with the other dogs along with heaps of cuddles and lots of TLC from Sue and her family.

Our piggies love visiting Sue for their jolly-days. They get spoilt rotten and you can see the resentment in their eyes when we collect them - they love it there so much. Thanks Sue for keeping our pet's happy so we are free to enjoy our holidays as tents and guinea pigs are not the best combo!!

Our little cockapoo Tilly has been holidaying with Sue since she was a pup. She adores Sue and goes nuts every time she sees her, knowing that she is off on her holiday for fun times running around with other dogs and getting love and attention. We wouldn’t leave Tilly with anyone else now. It is so reassuring to know that Tilly will be safe, happy and cuddled while we are away. Sue is a wonderful person, so caring and dedicated. We are lucky to have Sue and her great business in this area x

Our Maisie is 11 years old, and has never been left, in the care of anyone before. This last weekend, we had to visit Southport for a wedding anniversary party. We left Maisie with Sue, who our Son recommended. I was so worried, but as soon as I met Sue, all the worry went away, and I knew Maisie would more than ok. Sue is such a lovely lady, so kind and caring. When we arrived to fetch Maisie home, she wanted to stay! lol Thank you so very much Sue, you are a star! There are not enough words to express our gratitude xxx

I thought where we had put our animals when we went away in the past was pretty good, until, I came across Sue Baxter! My goodness those animals must think they’ve gone to heaven! They have the best time! You can go away knowing they are in the safest loving pair of hands you could ever hope for. Simple the best!

I have found a place for Miya to go where she enjoys every minute. I can go away knowing she is not just being well cared for but loved .Sue is an amazing lady and her love for all the animals just oozes from her ..l cant recomend her highly enough !!! Miya cant wait to go back in September x

I have been taking my rabbits to their ‘ holiday home’ for at least 5 years. Possibly more. Sue gives them special care and attention. They have a lovely area to play in and s spacious hutch. I would definitely recommend Sue. She is genuine and loves all the animals. She has a wealth of knowledge from Dogs to Parrots. ��������

I can not recommend Sue highly enough. Our cavashons,Benji and Lola absolutely love it there. Lola has previously suffered from anxiety at other places but never with Sue. There are a lovely mix of dogs and they all seem to get on really well - I think Lola is a little bit in love with Hugo!!

I can highly recommend Sue to take care of your pets while you're away. She absolutely loves all animals and you can be sure she will treat yours as one of her own. As a Dogwalker, I recommend Sue to all of my clients as they really could not be in safer hands and in a home environment.
