Hmmm where to start, After spending the first half of my life searching for who i am and where i fit in the world i have eventually come to the conclusion that life is a big lesson.
The difference now is that i am making the lesson fun by finding interests that i really enjoy and leave me feeling fulfilled physically and spiritually.
My family & Friends are my back bone and the support i get from my partner Kevin is amazing even though he sometimes wonders exactly what planet i'm on.
Our children Jack & Cara are wonderful (ok i'm a little biased) but they have never bought us any trouble. They are pretty grounded and i could not be any more proud.

So the last 5 to 6 years have pretty much been the turning point for me. I joined The Ripley Tai Chi Club and have never looked back. I have made some real good friends and i can't thank Neil our instructor (and a good friend) enough for all the support he has given and for the gentle pushes i needed to give me the confidence to be who i am today.

The path i was following started to lead me towards other like minded people and everywhere i turned seemed to be someone else who was traveling similar paths and had something to share. Before i knew it i was questioning what i could give back to the world and what i could do do to change peoples lives for the better. I started looking into energies and healing and signed myself up for a course in Reiki.

I now find that i am giving Reiki healing to friends and family & Clients on a regular basis and it feels pretty great. I have branched out learning other types of healing such as Hypnotherapy & Hopi Ear Candles and i am looking forward to doing a crystal healing course in the new year.

All i can say is it's a big world out there and i really am enjoying my lifes journey.
