Im a fan of this lady’s approach. So simple and effective. You come to her course and you re-learn about body aligment, how to walk, breathe in a way that helps your body recover postnatally (and better prepare for pregnancy!), what simple habits you can change to make you feel better and prevent or reduce/eliminate pain. I can already see the benefits myself! Worth paying attention to what Rosie has to say from Labyrinth of Nurture
Because no one tells you about the dark si...de post birth.. all the pains and different things that can happen (all too common hey!) And no one tells you how to prevent those (f* you kegels! You never really worked for me!!).
Keep an eye ladies. Do your search. There is updated stuff out there that can help us live better as moms and NHS is well behind when it comes to postnatal support for women.

She comes to the comfort of your home to do the photos when the last thing you want to do is to leave the house with your newborn. I so enjoy casual photos and she loves to capture these natural day to day scenes. For me this is the beauty of life. These are the photos I love the most (especially if I look nice on them ahhah! Which doesnt always happen! 🤣)

Today we talked about this in our sling dance class actually! Didnt we Beverley? So much better to promote experiences to our children (and family!) than giving them stuff! It's the memories of our feelings, smiles, that we'll keep safe and strong inside. The gift they crave for will only provide that spike of dopamine for a few seconds and poufff..will go away and in an instant the toy is left there on the corner. And more rubbish to our planet too for next generations to cl...ean up somehow later. There are some aspects of minimalism that make a lot of sense to me...

Doing some new stuff to help promote the benefits of sling dance to mamas! Feels good to bring laptop and headphones (sling dance playlist of course!!) and work inside a cafe. Why is it that I dont miss my previous job again? (Apart from the pennies of course!) Ehhe!!
By the way talking about work and motherhood....been meeting some amazing inspiring women lately! I love how all of a sudden I dived into this motherhood life with all my heart. It s like a completely new world... opened up in front of me. And loving it x hugs to my new mom friends out there. You mean so much xxx
