With a heavy heart we must announce the end of the road for Sugar Rush’d (at least for now).
We started Sugar Rush’d a year ago as a small family business, we wanted to provide a delivery service for freshly prepared desserts with a wide range of sweet treats to spoil you all for choice! However, we had no idea of the animal we’d created. It was apparent after only a few months that we were going to need a lot more drivers, more shop staff and more equipment. The equipment wa...s the easy part, finding staff has proven impossible!
We’ve struggled on for the past 6 months trying to keep up with the demand which keeps growing week on week, we’ve simply burnt our selves out and still have not enough staff to assist. It’s therefore time to hang up our aprons and bid a very fond farewell to Sugar Rush’d.
This hasn’t been an easy decision but as a family we always strive for perfection in everything we do and with the volume of orders we receive daily, we simply can’t provide the level of service we always promised Sugar Rush’d would become known for.
We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all of our fantastic customers for making the business such a huge success and for your continued support over the past year. Your positive feedback is what kept us going and we’ve enjoyed making your evenings a little sweeter.
We will be open for business next week for home deliveries only, orders will have to be placed through our website or app, Just Eat will not be available.

i originally reviewed it with 4 stars however after ordering again today their customer service went above and beyond, my last review stated the cookie dough wasnt that nice but the waffles were fab, today when i ordered i got a free cookie dough as the manager recognised my review and this time round it was much better! really gooey and fab! would order from here again 100% really impressed

Went in the shop the fist time to bye a waffle wow iv had two bits of the waffle with all the topings on top and im stuffed all ready great place will be going back there and the staff were really frindely .

We ordered from the Sugar Rush’d website this evening, order was here very quickly, delivery guy was lovely and friendly. Husband had the orange matchsticks and I ordered the bubblegum blast sundae which is delicious! I would’ve liked a skittles milkshake but this option wasn’t on the website, maybe next time!?

We had our first delivery from Sugar Rush'd tonight and wow, what a great experience. The food was so tasty, different in every bite. The packaging was well done too, the food arrived with the waffles still warm and the ice cream still cold - that was a worry beforehand - I'm glad it didn't put us off from ordering, we'd have missed out on a real treat. One which we're sure will become a regular thing going forward! Five stars, only because there wasn't an option to give six stars out of five.

They forgot one of the ice creams on our order after 1 phone call from delivery driver we had a refund for the missing item, then we received a phone call of apology with a money off next order for there mistake very good customer service !! And we enjoyed the rest very much ��

Popped into today to see what it was about and very pleased with the service and food was good too � They also deliver which is even better!

Ordered deserts for my children tonight. They absolutely loved them, really big portions! Highly recommend.

My new favourite place to get that sugar fix! Tried the nutty professor waffle and peanut butter stack...Think I went to heaven �

I was jealous of my partners sundae while I had a face full of mine, 100% recommend, decent portion sizes, quick delivery, friendly staff!

Just ordered for the first time me & partner had waffles I had banoffee and he had nutty professor OMG absolutely amazing�� and randomly I had a mixed milkshake of milkyway & choc hobnobs.. also amazing:) defo reccomend and will be ordering again:)

Had our first delivery this evening the waffles are so lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly the delivery was really quick to we will definitely be ordering again

Had a takeout delivered, we ordered a milkshake red velvet cheesecakes and a melon cake it was delicious highly recommended. Will order again and it was much better than creams.

Got the banoffee waffle and the Kinder Bueno shake and they were delicious!! Will definitely be going back again and will try something else as there’s so much to choose from!
