I went to Sully's because my free hub had stopped working on the way to work so I went to see Sully and I was very impressed with his knowledge and what he assessed what was wrong with my bike pretty much straight away. I like the friendly and warming welcome as you come into the store and he basically transformed my bike into something I didn't think it could be since it was already 2 years old when I got it. His quick service mean't I got my bike back the very next day and at a great and responsible price since I need a new rear wheel, headset etc! I will be going back there for my bike maintenance and services in the future!

Thinking that my bike was past repair after a bad crash, bent forks and a seized handlebar stem, Sully went above and beyond! He took my bike to another frame repairers and also did a full service for a great price. My bike is riding better than ever. Couldn't recommend Sully's more highly!

took my electric bike in for chain problem and told me what needed to be done'and was ready same day. needed some gear adjustment and hanger was slightly bent Told me exactly as it was very friendly local shop and im sure is going to be very popular .

Took my bike in after failing to sort the brakes out myself and in the process messing up my gears. Talked me through what was and wasn't needed, very honest and friendly, and didn't talk down to me even though I'm not a bike expert.

They offered to have it ready by the end of the day, and also happy to hang on to it longer as I didn't know if I'd be able to get back in time.

Kept me up-to-date with progress, and the price was on the estimate they gave. Big thanks for getting me back on my own bike again :-)
