Last week we gave you a quick look at the scheme we produced for Mulberry House. Our brief was to create a 5-bed family home with a large open plan living / kitchen / dining room that maximised the amazing views across the open countryside. In 2017 we were approached to design a new house on the site of an existing 1960’s bungalow on the outskirts of Seamer near Stokesley. Here is a quick look at the existing and proposed scheme, keep an eye out as we share how the project has progressed!

We love using SketchUp to aid our clients in visualizing their projects. But the software goes further than just creating static images! We can even create video walk-arounds just like this one to ensure our clients grasp the true scale of their project.

Last month we shared our Structural Insulated Panel System project in Sandhutton and it’s a system we’re encouraging our clients to investigate further. But its not just modern homes the technology is suited to. It’s not often we shut up the studio for some down time but with only a few weeks of 2018 left we headed off to York on Friday for a well-deserved Christmas celebration and enjoyed a great evening of delicious food and few glasses of wine!
