Sun Street Opticians was recommend to me by a friend. I went with my sister and we will now recommend them to our friends and family. The eye test was very thorough and not at all rushed.The staff were fantastic friendly and very professional. We were seen by Ed from beginning to end and he was very patient, as I can be a bit of a pain sometimes. He was very helpful and honest. I very nice young man. We came away feeling extremely pleased with experience and the glasses. (They also make a very good cup of tea)

Myself and my 2 children all have our eye's tested here, this Wednesday my son found out he needed glasses, Shane & Ed were great with him from picking a funky blue pair of glasses to him having them fitted and going away with a huge smile xx

I've been wearing glasses since i was 10years old and have never had such one to one service like i have had at Sun Street Optitions!! Shane is amazing and explained everything so well and nothing was too much trouble! i practically had every frame off the shelf to try on until i found the perfect pair!! My glasses were ready so quick and im very happy with the whole experience!! Xx

I went to sun street opticians for a second opinion, after my daughter had a pretty bad experience with a well known high street chain opticians. The team at sun street couldn't of been more helpful or friendly. They made us feel so comfortable and were so reassuring as well as being very professional. My daughter has now received the glasses that she needs, which are lovely. I have and will recommend sun street opticians in the future.

Don't waste time on overblown "tv advert companies," go to Sun Street Opticians... local, professional & friendly.

Edward, Shane, and all the other staff make a visit to the opticians a very professional experience in a relaxed, informal, easy going way. They sorted me out a nice new pair of glasses, and some contacts. I was dreading trying out the contacts as I struggled a few years ago, but Shane made it so easy, and I shouldn't have been a plonker and should have gone and seen them earlier. Also happier knowing it's a local independent rather than a "only profit matters" chain. Highly recommended, see these dudes and ladies for excellent service.

Ed, Shane, and Carol make having your eyes tested a pleasure, I know I am not only going to get an eye test, but I will get great advice on what frames suit my face, and life style, coffee or tea is offered, and nothing is too much trouble. I will be moving to Cornwall shortly but will still come back every six months to get my eyes tested here. They can't be beat on service, efficiency, professionalism and friendliness.

Cannot thank Sun Street Opticians enough after having such a terrible experience with Specsavers in Waltham Cross! From start to finish all the team at Sun Street are absolutely amazing, so professional. Will be recommending all my family & friends here now! customer service is exceptional, staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.

I couldnt decide on a pair of frames so they let me take 4 pairs home to try and and bring back the next day.

Extremely patient as i honestly took about 2 hours trying different frames on in the shop�

I actually ended up going for a pair of frames picked out by the staff as they knew what would suit me better than i did

So yeah, highly recommend these guys �

An amazing team, nothing to much trouble, myself and my family have dealt with Shane, Ed and Carole for many years at the previous opticians and now at there new bright, modern practise they have recently opened. They are reliable and have great customer relations, I am a regular visitor with my daughter with special needs, who often needs her glasses 'tweaking' to fit correctly, we are always greeted with a smile and she comes away happy and reassured. They also recently detected a serious medical condition my husband had during there screening process which was urgently dealt with and the outcome was a full recovery, something only achieved with years of experience.

We wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
