Today I went with my children to get dessert at sundae gelato and it was very good and the staff was exceptional and friendly the service was fast ÔŅĹ

I really recommended it for the family

This was my first time here ,service was fab ! My children were fighting over the cream and accidentally spilt some on the seat,a waiter came right over with a wet cloth,a lady near us was complaining about 'nothing' ! Staff were very patient with her,I would've plopped the ice cream on her perfect hairdo !!!! Defo go again,crepes to die for ,going to work our way through the menu ūüėć

The staff is great and they have really good waffles and crepes! I would highly recommend to all the people to at least try it once. ÔŅĹ

My kids and l love going to Sundaes gelato. They make all kinds of original ice creams, choosing a flavor is not easy since there are several compelling choices.

Had waffles which were absolutely delicious will definitely be visiting again when we are in Plymouth. Staff very friendly.

Very nice ice cream but tables and chairs were dirty. Ordered a sundae and I had to look hard for a clean spoon in the tray. All were water stained and didn’t look clean which was very unappealing. Let down by the lack of attention to detail.

Tables not very clean. Smokers stood outside the window not very nice when you're eating. Gelato was amazing but wafers cheap and very fragile. Freezing cold in there too.

Average. Staff aren't particularly friendly, not rude as such but not welcoming at all. crepes we're really nice... little over priced though.

No choice of cakes, communication problem and not much too it. The north east of england (Seaham Gelato) has got a massive selection of Cakes to choose from.

Customer service sucks and it's filthy. Not nice to get your change all sticky. Yuk!!
