Was trying to find a mcdonalds but the one i got had no parking so I ended up finding Sundaes Gelato! It was 9am and it was only me and my sister in the shop. Good atmosphere, mondern music and beautiful accessories around the shop. Lovely food! And the hot drink was great!! Would go there again!!

Took my son here today and we had the best waffles we ever tasted. They were so light & fluffy inside. Staff were happy & friendly. We will definitely be visiting again �

This has been our second visit and we love it only thing I could say is there needs to be a sign saying the toppings you can have,apart from that can not fault the service and the ice cream

Had Sweet Art, it was sweet, sickly and I could hear my arteries closing with every mouthful.....bloody wonderful!!! My son had to finish it for me but it was worth every sickly minute 😂🍦🍪

Brought my two daughters and their two friends here today as a birthday treat. They had a great time, desserts are lovely and monumentally HUGE!! Great value for money and the staff are lovely too. Was handed a menu as we walked in and was spoilt for choice with all the different options and combinations available. Highly recommend.

After reading all bad reviews I was gonna give it a miss !!! But glad we went , it was so nice !!!! Wasn’t dirty and staff were nice!!!wasnt busy either !!! Defo going back , expected it to cost more than what it did too �

Took my son and daughter for a treat. Sundaes and waffles were a good size and delicious. Place was clean and girl who took our order was very nice. Staff who brought our orders were miserable however and we wouldn't have known where the menus were kept had my daughter not visited before as nobody bothered to advise us.

The waffles were really delicious. They were large for children though, could do with sharing! They didn’t put our order through correctly so my husband didn’t get his coffee as they were discussing whether we could have a glass of milk for my son. He did get a glass of milk (he doesn’t like juice) but it was £2.20! Overall it was a quick service, delicious waffles. Shame the order wasn’t quite right!

First time visit we had a sundae it was gorgeous the place was lovely and clean it was busy the only thing was there were no menus on the table so we were unsure what to ask for it took a while to work out how it worked

You really should be reading these comments and improve on customer service and hygiene. So many negatives it's a wonder how long you will remain open. Could be a little gold mine if your staff are trained correctly. Don't be surprised if environmental health officer comes knocking. A friend asked you about gluten free to be told you didn't know. All staff should know about allergies and foods. Won't be retuning along with many others.

Nice for a treat. £16 for 3 desserts is ridiculous way too expensive don't even do child portions. Enjoyed it but not in a rush to go back until prices drop. Tables were dirty too. Expect a bit better for the money

First visit, extremely busy so no seats available very difficult to try and ask out how to order and look for a table. Menus were at the check out so I didn't know what to have until the last minute. Staff Not really helpful. On the plus side when finally seated, the food was lovely and we will go back when it's a bit quieter.

The desserts are yummy , but my plate was dirty , not very hygienic at all, had to sit at a dirty table as well as no other empty and no one came out to clean the tables the whole time we was there which was about 45 minutes as was waiting a while for the cookie dough and ice cream , needs cleaning better ! And less waiting time

Not very hygienic. The back counter was disgusting and rather that it been cleaned the staff just stood there laughing and tormenting each other. There is no concept of food handling either, when adding the toppings they used their bare hands. They also lack knowledge of customer service. I asked what toppings they had and he just said everything name it we have it, sweets chocolate, sauces, dips etc. I asked about the sweets and he reply loads, so I asked if they do the millions sweets. He went off to get then and came back with hundreds and thousands. Didn't think to check with me first before dipping my icecream. We'd already waited that long I couldn't be bothered so I just took it as it was. Huge disappointment and won't return.

We go here quite a lot and this is the second time in 2 visits that they have got our takeaway order wrong even after I saw them type it into the till!! How hard is it really to take an order and make it!? He even repeated it back to me and there was only 2 items! Poor as owt���

Staff unhelpful and cannot take an order correctly and then when asked for a glass of milk one says they don’t do it and another starts arguing with her that that they do ( cost £2.20) spent over £30 on food which was ok but the staff need retraining which lead to a bad experience I personally wouldn’t recommend it at present and will not be returning.

Realised ten minutes after my boyfriend had his food that I hadn’t received mine yet. The waitress said she forgot and would do it now, but didn’t apologise. Shortly after that, the waitress came up to ensure me it was on its way.Ten minutes after that she came up again and said I’d have to have a waffle because there was no crepe mixture left? Very confused by this since she had told me it was on its away a few minutes before. Guessing it’s pretty difficult to cook a crepe with no crepe mix � the staff just stand around doing nothing behind the counter and eating the food they should be serving with their bare hands. Really really bad service tonight. Used to love this place but definitely won’t be going back unfortunately! Terrible service, no sympathy and not even an apology for their mistake.

Good ice cream, but the staff handle money, the cones and sprinkles without washing their hands. Its not hygienic =( please do some improvements about your quality standards.
