No hesitation in recommending this hotel - From our experience - it is welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - food is absolutely first class with vast choice, all freshly cooked and nicely presented. Staff are very helpful and polite at all times.
Lovely stay here. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the castle. Staff very friendly, they gave us a ground floor room as we have a dog. Dogs allowed in dining room for dinner and food is very good! dinner was excellent and breakfast too! Room could do with a new mattress and bathroom was tiny but not really an issue, its clean and doesnt smell of dogs.
I remember coming here with school. It's always fun to going to the beach and getting to visit bamburgh castle. It is the perfect location for a relaxing vacation.
Really nice place to stay that is located centrally for all local amenities. Good food, attentive staff with clean comfortable rooms. I fully recommend.

2 nights here on a Groupon deal. We had room 9 which was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, even got the 'well done' bacon and promise of skimmed milk on the second morning! Staff friendly. Lovely open real fires in the lounge and restaurant which completed the ideal location for me!
From the moment we arrived and received a very friendly welcome we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very helpful, willing to chat and were attentive to our needs. The room was comfortable and warm, breakfast fresh and the hotel in a very good spot with parking no problem.
