Had to travel early from North Yorkshire to avoid severe weather. Looks like it could be a nice site. Must say excellent toilet shower block, but the lady owner not very pleasant. As we were pitched by the onsite warden on a late arrival site (5pm) the next morning we were approached by the lady owner saying we should not be there as we had 2wheels on the grass ( very wet) we told her that we were positioned there .... exactly there..by the warden. Anyhow after much explaining we left at 1130 to find somewhere to park, as we explained we were catching the ferry at 2200 .
Basically...never again for a 1 night stop for £26!!!!. I'll find a layby

We booked as ACSi and were cited next to the main road. It was very very noisy.
We asked to move to another site the next day and We had to pay an extra £5 as the good sites are not ACSI sites. Once away from the road we had a good nights rest. Just pity about the attitude of pay more and have a good nights sleep or stay where you are and dont sleep. The camp wardens were very helpful but if you are ACSi dont bother staying here.

We went to this site after emailing to say we wanted a pitch for one night before taking the ferry to France. We arrived after a long journey and were told all the 'ACSI pitches' were taken and we must pay full price. The lady scanned her computer saying there were very few pitches available although there were plenty of empty places. I have in all our travels throughout Europe been told there were only a few 'ACSI pitches' and I can't find anything about this on their website. I think these people are using ACSI for free advertising. We were charged £27.50 instead of the equivalent of €19 (£17). We were even charged £1.50 for our CAT! We have never been charged for our cat! There is another site further down the road and we will go there next time.

Good campsite, with on-site toilets, showers, washing up area and laundry room. Busy with children by quiet after 10pm. Close to local shops and parks.

What a great site! Pitches are large and ideal for overnight stop before or after a ferry from Portsmouth or Southampton. Small village a few minutes drive with takeaways or restaurant pub even closer. Very quite at night so a good night's sleep is easy.

Always great, our 3rd time going and we'll go again! Visited for 5 nights in our 'van, while visiting places in and around Portsmouth/Southampton. Great location, within a few miles of the Portsmouth Park and Ride, Southampton and if you take a longer trip, you can visit places like Beaulieu (National Motor Museum) and Fort Nelson (War base)

Very basic field for camping no facilities at all. New toilet and shower block.

We used it as a caravan camping test with the recently bought one, on a second of January. Not new to camping with our tents first, and the trailer tent later, though.

The owners have been really helpful, they gave us lot of advices (even helped us to reverse the caravan for the first time!) and the installations are superb. Electricity, water taps and waste drain are close to your site. Electricity points have all the safety points, and they are not "under powered" as in other campings; we were using our electric kitchen and the electric radiator (3000w both together) without a hassle.

The bathrooms and showers were in excellent condition all day long, and you have big washing machines and dryers, along a microwave and a kettle, in the main building. Really helpful.

Maybe it's worst when the camping is completely full, but I must say, we were there with other 20 caravans and RVs (on a Jan 2nd!) and everything was lovely.
