Here at Sunnyside, we wish to provide you with the best possible healthcare services in the year ahead. To do that, it would really help us if you could provide us with your feedback by completing our annual patient survey. It is completely anonymous, and should take you only 5 to 10 minutes. All feedback is carefully considered and we are very grateful for all responses.
The link to the survey is below.

This week is NHS Choose Self-Care for Life campaign. Here at Sunnyside, we are keen to offer insight and guidance to help patients improve their self-care by being prepared this winter for those irritating winter ailments.
Did you know that?
** Coughs can last 3-4 weeks **... ** Colds/Nasal congestion can last 2-3 weeks ** ** Sore throats average 8-10 days **
Before going directly to your GP, seek advice from your local pharmacy, use over the counter and traditional home remedies. Remember antibiotics DO NOT WORK for these ailments. We have useful self-care resources which can be accessed by just coming to reception, we will be happy to help!
Use A&E wisely, it is not for colds & flu. Do not run out of your medication – be well prepared.
Finally... rest is important but activity is the key to physical good health and mental wellbeing.
