Chili and black pepper cashew nuts to share is perfect way to begin your evening, of cause with a glass of wine. Cashew nut trees are grown everywhere especially in the south. They are one of the plants brought to us by Portuguese.

Gang Som Gung. Traditional dish from the south of Thailand best have it with Moo Hong braised pork belly in dark soy sauce.

Kanom Jeen green curry fish balls. We love to eat this with som tum.
