Super Pie Maker Page is really about the logging of information for the pleasure of myself in the creation of new recipes teamed with bringing eating pleasure to the world, if I can. What started as a simple act of trying to see if I could make a pie for my family, was such a pleasure hearing the 'silence' at the meal time, I knew I was on to something serious. That was 5 years ago and now I just keep tracing, tracking, checking and adjusting, whilst on pursuit of perfection. In truth, I have had no experts teach me and hold no qualifications in he science of cooking, but my good, I put life and soul into my creations and spend hours getting them the highest standard that I can.
