We had an amazing experience on Friday with the great staff there. The challenge was to keep 24 adults on our staff do entertained and happy and this was done to top standards! We all had a great time and we're accommodated very well. Thanks! Diddikicks Family!

Visited here last night for my son's Birthday there where 5 of us when straight to the reception got a warm welcome the staff were really friendly and helped get are shoes for us we were looking at the laser quest and were really happy to show us round as we have another birthday to celebrate next week so they told us we could do both if we wanted and how much it will cost my only criticism was there was pop corn all over the floor by the seating area were we were sitting for waiting for our turn to bowl other than that had a lovely evening well done to the staff .�

The staff were really nice and brillant with autism they even turned the music down for my 6 year old little boy and even got on the floor with him when he looked at the stuff in the cabinet thank u so much for making it stress less for him

Me and my husband and another couple went bowling last night (29/07/17) we were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary, we had a fab night, got told for £1 extra we could have a 3rd game, bargain, staff were fab, bar prices brilliant, loved the little shots you do, only cristism was we got burger and chips and that's literally all you got, little bit of salad on the burger may have made it less dry, will definitely be coming again, boss night xxx

Fab place made to feel welcome and even brought the mascot out for the girls to dance with, keep up the good work x

Came here to celebrate my little boys 5th birthday with the family. Everyone had fun :-) The staff were excellent, Archie was particularly helpful and really looked after our group, and we had a really great time. Would definitely recommend.

A massive thank you to all the staff especially Archie who dealt with an incident in our party. One of the children somehow managed to get his hands stuck where the bowls come out!

It was dealt with quickly and professionally and diverted a potential diaster. They also ensured the other children weren't to traumatised with free slushes. Thank you!

Had a great time at Laser Quest on Sunday. I think it was Becky who served me at the counter, lovely girl. I can't remember the name of the girl in the Laser Quest arena but she was also great. Our daughter had a great time and wants to come back again. The only downside was the Crazy Club. It was £1 entry for children but £1 per adult so cost £3 which I guess is still OK but never had to pay for adults entry to a play area before. Also the staff on the Crazy Club seemed really miserable. Would definitely return for Laser Quest (and bowling) but we'll give Crazy Club a miss from now on

Got told it was 2hour waiting list, best booking I future so didn't put our name down as long time to wait with 2 children and a room full of machines, after 15 minutes noticed quite a few had finished and been replaced so we asked again how long. Same reply 2 hours so we asked how many groups were before us, we put our name down as the games seemed to be finishing quite quickly. Glad we did as it was only roughly hour wait in total. It was really busy and from what I done and seen reasonably priced bar and food. Bit untidy but what you would expect on a busy night bowling. Will be going again, booking next time

We go for the early bowling between 9 and 10 as £12 for 2 games for 2 adults 2 kids. Needs a bit of a make over, some bowling balls have chips in finger holes but for the price at 9.15 got straight on and no issues.

We enjoyed the bowling but was a little disappointed that we weren't advised of offers to book multiple games when we paid for one, half way through our game my 4yr old asked if we could have 2games but when my husband asked at the desk he was told same price as first game as we hadn't paid alongside first game. Disappointed we didn't pay for a second game. Also crazy club is the only indoor play area that I know of that charges for a second adult....bit of a rip off really when most adults buy drinks etc.

Rubbish staff. They weren't busy, the place was almost empty. The attitude was that of "couldn't be bothered" Standing at the counter with our grandchildren waiting to check in, one man behind the counter managed to avoid eye contact and walked off. Eventually a girl turned up and managed to book us a lane again without any eye contact or facial expression.

Same thing when trying to get our shoes back after bowling, after 5 minutes the same girl eventually strolled down and passed me our shoes, the only comment being "there you go!"

Wouldnt refund our last game as kids wanted to leave after first game they had had there fill so we just had to play a few sets then leave! Teddy bear grab machines are a joke and a waste of money you might as well throw your money in the Mersey as you would stand more chance of the Mersey spitting you out a teddy bear than the machines! I’m sure there are regulations on win percentages and they are defo not being met!!

Not enough staff and the staff they do have, have shocking customer service skills!

Must have waited at least 10 mins to get our shoes back when we finished as the lady on the desk walked off to fill up a machine even though there was a family stood in front of us waiting to book a game and we were stood behind quite blatantly waiting for our shoes. She saw us all there and just walked off. Her customer service skills were clearly lacking as she should have said “I’m sorry I’ll be back in a minute” rather than just walking off without a word when there were customers waiting.

A few minutes later a lady who I’m presuming was a manager (dressed in own clothes) came to assist us and she answered the telephone and proceeded to book a party whilst serving the lady in front of us! I would have thought she should have let the phone ring so she’s giving the customer full attention especially as we had been left standing around waiting for 10 minutes!!

Staff looked miserable and couldn’t even manage a thankyou etc.

Booked for couple of games today. 45min wait as games were running late. So sat in bar, tables not cleared, tannoy screeching out every 5 mins, not enough tables/chairs. Lane now avail.. . Standing area full of glasses, plastic cups. . . .actually enjoyed the game. One bowling ball had huge chunk missing. Ladies toilets 2 out of three were blocked!!

Come on guys . . . You can do better!!!!!!!!

Went on Thursday 15.04.17 as a treat for grandchildren for Easter hols. We were assigned lane No7, got to 9th frame, when the electronics threw a wobbler, which meant we couldnt finish the game. Got in touch eventually with a member of staff after waiting for ten minutes, we were told the technician was looking at it . Nothing for 15 minutes, then the screen went blank, again another wait to contact staff, who were in fairness rush of there feet due to under staffing. We were given another chance after repairs were made only for it to go wrong again shortly after, again reported and the eventually moved to lane No 8 to complete our two games booked. Need to find a new bowling alley!

We got here at ten to ten, two members of staff one only working although we were served they told us to wait an additional eleven minutes wait until a lane came free which brought us just over ten o'clock but we saw two lanes free, what was supposed to be £3 per game came to £12. One of my other children didn't have enough pocket money so had to sit out of the game. Took our little one in the Crazy Club never come across a place where they charge for the adult to pay as well to get into the play area, what do they expect just to leave your child on your own? Money grabbing for every penny they can get not the Staffs fault just the way they have been programmed

I paid for 1 game of bowling for my child at 4.50, after this game had finished shewanted another go so i asked the price to be told it would be another 4.50.. i paid this also.. i then went on line to virw the website to see what deals were coming up over christmas time and i spotted an offer for 1 game of bowling mon to fri for a child and a basket meal for 4.95 and again an offer for 2 games for 6.95 including a meal.. i hadnt been there in ages so i didnt know the offers ava to us and the staff didnt mention them either.. very disappointed..

I don't know why I expect anything other than a negative experience when I visit here. Yesterday was no different, I had 45 mins to kill whilst waiting for a film to start next door so thought I would take my kids in for a quick game. Only 1 person on reception 10-12 people approx waiting for shoes or to get theirs back and 3 groups in front of me, 20 minutes later I had still not reached the front and I was nt hopeful of either, plus given the issues people where having in front of me I lost any will to remain Much to the kids disappointment we had to leave without a game as it just took far to long to be served, I would probably still be standing there now! I have tried in the past booking a time to co inside with other bookings but it has also been a shambles. Not the most fun Iv had.

It was a busy time, so at the very least 3 staff members should have been on reception not 1. 1 to work shoes and 2 more taking bookings.
