I’m half way through my treatment and absolutely thrilled with the level of care and attention received to date. I did a lot of homework before choosing Superior Smiles, who were recommended to me - I travel a fair distance to see them, but it’s absolutely worth the journey. I have completed Invisalign, bleaching and bonding here and had a really positive experience. I was extremely nervous but Albert and Lauren
were very patient and and I'm really happy with the result. The treatment plan and prices were clearly explained to me and appointments always arranged efficiently. I've got the smile I always wanted :)

Sent email a week ago regarding braces etc- no response, wrote 2 star google review (which i deleted and i resent another email).
Got called today by owner Rachel (twice missed call), despite saying i worked and only operated via email. Rachel said she had no recollection of my last email other than the one i forwarded - after i had deleted the google review. Told she would ask their IT people about why it did not turn up.
i was informed of how damaging reviews can be and she was shocked at this - i reiterated the review had gone..

cant help but feel i was contacted based on the review i deleted instead of customer service on no reply to email.

for me disappointing as a customer and giving good money to the practice and i enjoyed going.
this review is left as felt i was being lectured on reviews instead of them focusing on good customer service. Been put off big time.
