Went into your store in Broadmead. I went in wanting a good mod. Ashlee was the gentlemen who served me. Fantastic customer service, able to answer any questions I enquired about. He choose me a mod and smok tank. And he let me try many e-liquids as I was being fussy and not once did I feel like I was being rushed or anything. Absolute top shop and absolute top bloke. I will be back!

The staff in the Gloucester Road shop are amazing. So helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I recommend everyone visits this store.

Popped into the Gloucester Road store today. I've been vaping for years and had an idea of what I wanted as my very old one finally gave up after 2/3 years but when I walked into the store there were so many to choose from I was blown away. I was served by a lady, didn't get her name. She was amazing, full of knowledge. She spent ages talking me through the pros and cons of the 3 I narrowed down. We had a good laugh at the same time. I received so many tips and tricks from her as well as the 2 lads who also work there. I was able to try them and also try flavours too. I've come home with every thing I need for my new gadget and am really pleased. Even got the spares ill need in the future as I'm very clumsy and already knew what im likely to break. I feel the lady went above and beyond for me which I really appreciate! Hi 5 to the amazing staff at the gloucester road store!

I started vaping to help quit smoking, I wasn't expecting so much starting out and found the idea of vaping a little intimidating. However the staff in the Broadmead and Bishopston stores are very knowledgable and friendly people who are welcoming when you step inside. Getting set up was a breeze and any questions or issues have been dealt with perfectly. I love the loyalty scheme and will continue going to these shops because of the excellent customer service I have received on the multiple occaisions I have visited.

I regularly go to the FV opposite primark, I find that other vape shops I go in don't the same vibe some feel like you are in a back room of someones house. I have also been to the gloucester road branch so I can only really speak about my experiences there. Firstly I want to point out I am very very picky I don't like many flavours normally and this is the only shop i have found more than one liquid I like. It is quite frustrating sometimes when I cant get to the shop because many flavours they don't supply on the website, Khali vapours being one of them.



I find the staff nice to talk to, i spend ages testing new flavours and they don't get annoyed sometimes when its busy they ask to serve someone else which is fine by me considering I dont need someone standing next to me when I'm testing flavours, one member of staff that normally works in the bedmister store was one of my particular favourite being knowledgeable about the products and about as picky as me, suggested some new ranges and was very helpful and served me for about an hour without being pushy at all.



Maybe other peoples experiences are different but i normally spend quite a bit of money so maybe thats why they dont mind me that much.

Flavour Vapour in broadmead is by far my favourite vape store. The customer service that I received from the team is fantastic, I am regularly served by Mike, Adam, Ash and Mo who are all fantastic and super helpful!

By far the best place to go in Bristol for all your vaping needs. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and they are happy to teach you anything you need to know.

Visited the Broadmead store (St James, The Arcade) yesterday while on a day trip to Bristol. Picked up a bottle of Shamrock shake which I've been waiting to try for ages but isn't available in my local flavour vapour yet and a box of jwell premade coils.

Fella that served me (Ash?) was great and even went to check stock of another item I asked about before offering the jwell coils as an alternative.

Everything was great (juice is awesome) but I've since been disappointed to find out that the coil set is missing 5 (1 of the alien Clapton and 4 out of 6 regular Clapton coils). Not sure if this is down to mistake by makers or that this box has been used by someone already. I know this is only 5 out of a set of 48 but at £24.99 I would've expected them all there.

They basically told me other companies were copying their designs and that they are the original.

I named an online shop I've bought from in the past and was told it was all cheap Chinese imports and bad quality, and that liquids like that are not tested properly. Interestingly all the liquid this online company sell are UK made and meet ask the standards expected of this type of product, so that was all lies.

They'll basically tell you anything to make sure you only buy their stuff, and to be honest, I've found better elsewhere and it's often cheaper than here.

Went to the store in broadmead opposite Primark and my mod burnt through 3 coils in a week. Took it back for testing it was "perfectly fine" was given ONE replacement coil and 5 days later it's burnt out. They don't answer the phone and after travelling for an hour they pretty much refuse to replace or refund what is obviously a faulty item. I will be involving trading standards as paying £70 for a faulty item which they deem okay is unacceptable.



I take back my previous review: absolutely appauling company, refuse to help their customers. It's all about money and nothing else. They won't replace or cash refund my unit. It's a store credit when they eventually admit there's something wrong. Worst place ever, rude and incompetent staff with managers that never work.



Trading standards have been involved and I'll be visiting again tomorrow until I get what I want as a rightful customer.

Shocking in Bristol Centre.

Had to tell the shop adviser 3 times that i didnt get vaporiser in his shop. Needed a new coil for mine and showed him an exact same model i shop to be told it wasnt that one!! I must be stupid.

Purchased a Jmini 2200 at Xmas and 3 months later being told by broadmead shop that whilst it was a 'new' product then it has now been updated as on/off spring on button has caused problems. This is exactly what has happened to mine but told my warranty out. Surely this means it is a faulty model and should be replaced? Anybody else experienced this kind of issue with them?

Few months ago I brought battery mod whit RDA TRAXX and after 2 months it's just stop working so i went to the shop and they change it for a new but after month the new one got problem too so I went again to ask for refund as is my right as a customer by the British Law but they refuse me and told me that they only swap my device for a new but am a very disappointed from this product and i want refund as is my right.Why you refuse to give a refund,this is against the customers rights? i don't want other people to get cached in the same trap so my advice is not to buy anything expensive in this shop.
