Popped into today with a friend to look at protein shakes for her, ended up finding some great information for myself as well. The information and advice given to us from Piort was amazing and helped that light bulb come on for me in regards to my eating habits. Felt totally looked after and no question a silly question. Highly recommend to pop in if your unsure about supplements, protein powders and so on, you'll get great customer service!!!!

Met Piotr the other week when I found his shop on Google maps. I bought BCAA G-Force, Max Carbs and a leather training belt. Incorporated the suppliments into the last 2 weeks of my diet and followed the helpful daily guide he put together for me and I have so much more energy during my sessions at the gym now. I recommend a visit to see Piotr, I've wasted so much money on supplements I just didn't need, wish I spoke to him sooner, furthermore some really good tips. I've always walked past this shop every day and never gone in, yesterday I popped in to see if they sold some c4 thinking that it was the right supplement for me, piotr was very informative and knowledgable and was asking what my targets were and advised me what I should be using, he even went out of his way to write up a little diet plan/schedule for me to stick with. Very friendly guy. I highly recommend anyone to use this shop especially people who are starting out in fitness/body building
