Thank you very much to Support Adoption for Pets from everyone here at Gables Farm Dogs and Cats Home for the very generous grant of £10,000 towards the refurbishment of our existing cattery. The new and improved cat pods will help to improve the quality of life of the cats in our care while they are waiting for their forever homes. The support we have received over the years from Support Adoption for Pets has been fantastic. The application process was very straight forward and easy to complete, the staff were all very helpful too.

Thank you all very much.

Thank you so much to Support Adoption For Pets for an amazing grant of £21,000 to allow The Flicka Foundation Donkey Sanctuary to purchase a new tractor and paddock sweeper. They are vital pieces of equipment for keeping our donkeys and horses healthy and happy and we are so grateful for the fantastic ongoing support - it really does mean so much to our work! We found the online application process well-designed and easy to use and the practical support from the friendly and helpful grant funding team was just great :)

User

Thank you Support Adoption for Pets for the very generous cheque for £20,000 received this week after we applied for a grant to help towards our vet bills, our biggest cost we have caring for our cats and kittens. Everyone here at Yorkshire Cat Rescue are extremely grateful for your support. The kitties say thank you and think you are A-MEOW-zing!

User

Thank you Support Adoption for Pets for our cheque for just over £1000 from the Santa Paws Appeal. We at Rugby and Coventry Retired Greyhound Trust are extremely grateful for this money as every penny goes back into the branch. This money has gone towards the payment of our desperately needed van which we collected in December. Without our van we are unable to transport the dogs to vets, home checks/cat tests and for emergency situations. We really look forward to this years fundraising events at Pets at Home, Nuneaton. Thank you again, you guys are fab :-)

User

Thank you Support Adoption for Pets for our cheque for £10,000 received earlier in the year after we applied for a grant to help towards our kennel costs, our single biggest expense. We at UK German Shepherd Rescue are extremely grateful for this support which enabled us to take in more dogs in desparate need into kennels to ensure their safety until they are rehomed.

Really impressed with a rabbit we have recently adopted from Pets At Home Washington.

We have been on the look out for a female to keep our neutered male company for quite some time. We didn't didn't expect to find one quite as perfect as Luna (was named Misty)

After only 4 days of having the cages next to each other she was already cuddling up to our male on the sofa. After only a few weeks now they are the perfect bonded pair.

Cannot fault the service and the whole support for adoption process.

Luna was microchipped already. We've just had her at Vets4pets today for her vaccinations which are for free. She's also booked in to be spayed at the end of May, which you also get a voucher for.

Overall we couldn't be happier with her. Would definitely recommend Support for adoption to anyone looking for a rabbit.

I think the work you do in fantastic, and the help you have given SARA recently is just wonderful, money well spent as I have been there and seen the work that they do and they really do care. I have two rescue dogs myself currently and know how important it is to give them a good home.

All of us at Cats Protection are so grateful to Support Adoption For Pets for the very generous grants given this month to four of our volunteer led Branches. Chesterfield & District Branch received £6,000 towards vet bills for stray and feral cats, Farnham & Wey Valley Branch received £6,000 and Norwich & District Branch received £4,000, both for vet bills and Southend & District Branch received £7,500 towards their neutering programme. These donations make all the difference to our work to care for cats in need. The grant process has been very clear and the team at Support Adoption For Pets have been so helpful. The Branches all really enjoyed the visits from Nichola and Brian – it is very clear that the team are as dedicated to the welfare of animals as the grant recipients. Thank you very much.

Adopted both my bunnies recently from Pets At Home, Parkhead Forge and they are adorable ! It feels very rewarding to be able to give a pet another chance at a loving home and support the charity at the same time. On another note just want to say the staff in this store are just fantastic and so knowledgeable too :-D xx

User

A great big heartfelt thank you for everyone at Shropshire Street Cats (both human and fur-people) for making our dreams come true and awarding us a grant to purchase an extra fostering pen. We can't wait to update you and show you our first residents!

User

The fact you give a free neutering and vaccination voucher is great. But you should be warning people that vets4pets will require you to pay for a pre-spay check up and for the medicine. Got my rabbit spayed today and was given the option to have the pain relief, fluids and gut motility drugs, whereas at my usual vets they're given out as standard due to being pretty essential for recovery and cost a lot less than £42. I've spent £74 getting the rabbit spayed, but thats without the £72 cost of the spay. I think I would have spent the same going to my own vets. I dread to think that a family might adopt from you and then find the hidden costs that they can't afford and the problems that could lead to!! Disgusting! A lot of the information on your site is also incorrect. Some of the rabbits genders are wrong and in my area it appears you only advertise one out of a bonded pair leading to wasted trips!
