Slow cooked Oxtail Soup and slow braised chunky beef briskette Tom zaeb-(northeastern style soup). These will be on the new revised menu along with other exciting dishes such as braised duck leg with lychee curry, tender beef panang, Kor moo yang-chargrill honey neck of pork etc and many more. It's almost 3 months since I took on this precious venture of mine and I cannot thank my lovely customers - local residents and their friends/families enough to make this dream a reality. I promise you we will uphold our standards and continue to improve as our team becomes stronger and stronger. It was a really good start to our little venture, as so many of our lovely customers had truly enjoyed our proper Thai home cooking and services so far since opening exactly one month ago. Thank you for all the high praises and kind words and wishes. We will carry on striving to better ourselves, the flavours and services to reward you - our customers. See you all soon.

Couldn't have asked for more, very happy customers from last week had their birthday party of 16 people here tonight and we were also packed upstairs too. Service went really well and everyone, including our staffs had a really great night. Thank you and see you all soon.

A very lively second night of opening, we received great encouragements seeing our patrons enjoying what we strive to do - honest Thai home cooking. We do hope that everyone thoroughly enjoyed our service so far, we are still adjusting to our new home - Suriya's Thai Kitchen. New sign lighting is coming in a couple of days, and a new set of extraction is on its way. It's going to get better and better.
When one has true respect for what one does, the reward is beyond words. See you all again soon and a very big Thank You.

After all the hard work, we are almost ready to open in two weeks time (fingers crossed). With great feedbacks and high expectations with the locals after revealing the front restaurant, ( we have two restaurant floors) we will make sure we deliver the very best we can from the word go. really nice neighbourhood thai. best duck I have had in Brighton - always my go to dish to check out a new thai restaurant. fish was really good too.

We've only had Take Aways so far from Suriya's and each one has been to a high quality restaurant standard! Delicious! Well done you guys! We plan to have many more, and look forward to a meal at the restaurant itself!

Super quick 15 min delivery (even though i’m local that’s still a record!). Fantastic value, food was excellent and still hot! (a major take-away issue for many). Will def be our ‘go to’ Thai going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic food and friendly staff. This is the second time we have been and I had Pad Thai this time which was better than a lot of times I had it in Thailand, the satay was very authentic. Just delicious all round!
