Want to thank the men of the Walton fire service for their swift response this morning (May 1st). To a call from me regarding a elderly who had locked herself in her bungalow and had a fall. I was talking to her care worker when you left having helped the lady and tending to her until ambulance had arrived. My thanks again.

Very thankful, (along with being very embarrassed), to the crew who came out a short while ago to do a quick rescue of my 2.5 year old stuck high up an inaccessible place on a climbing frame. Friendly and swift service and time for a photo by which to remember my humiliation! ���

Thank you to the crew that came to my aid this morning when I had a small engine fire. I think they were from Walton Fire station. They were there quickly, dealt with the problem and calmed me down, Many Thanks

Thank you so much to the team at Reigate Fire Service for coming to our new house tonight and installing smoke alarms and talking to us and our four year old about fire safety - invaluable advice and such fun for our little boy Jude! You do an amazing job and we’re very grateful!

Thank you so much to the fire fighters from reigate station who removed my daughter's trapped fingers. I'm sorry in the worry I forgot names but we do really appreciate the work you do. Thankfully no broken bones rather swollen but nothing to serious. Thank you so much for your fast response and risking your lives on a daily biases to help save others. X

On the evening of 15 November 24th Reigate (South Nutfield) Cub Pack were hosted fantastically by the Godstone Red Watch team... we were hugely impressed by the effort taken and professionalism of the firefighters in hosting us, not least because all of the Cubs got to blast away on a proper fire hose! Many thanks to Crew Commander Dave Elsom and his team for an excellent and instructive session!

Not rescue related, but I wanted to say how wonderful the firemen were today in Sunbury as my children got very excited walking past their engine and were invited in to look around the cab and to try on the helmets. What a lovely bunch of people, so friendly and I'm so grateful to them for taking time out to make my kids' day ��

can some one please help, looking for my Father dont know if he is still a live or live here , this is all i have to go by my mom time on earth has ended thanks .

I just want to say thank you to the 3 crews that attended the fire in the disused yard in Frimley last night. The yard is immediately behind my house and the flames were too close for comfort but your speedy response and professionalism (is that even a word, if not it should be) soon had everything under control.

Huge thank you to the fire service for attending the workers cabin fire in Stanwell last night. We were fortunate that no one was hurt and no cars damaged as it was in our car park and that you guys were there so quickly. We truly appreciate our fire service Thank You

HiI just wanted to pass on my thanks firstly to the original crew who did our home safety visit and secondly the really brilliant man who came to us today and fitted a smoke alarm and because of my deafness he supplied a strobe unit and vibrating pillow pad to ensure it wakes me up, I wasn't here today but my wife said he was so informative and really helpful and she was very impressed with him, massive thanks for arranging this for us and also thank you for allowing him to attend a team around the family meeting recently at our sons school. It is so nice to know that there is help out there, and such genuinely helpful people out there.I do feel so much safer now knowing if there was ever a fire I would have a chance to be woken up and get out safely. Please pass on my personal thanks.

Hi I was one of many who called about the loose horse on the A3 this morning around 3.30am, The fire crews. Not sure what stations they was from was grate as well as the two police men. Thank them all for keeping the horse safe till he was encouraged into the horse box.

You do so much more than protect us from fires

Great open day yesterday at Reigate. Well done to the organisers. A great event with so much to see. All the staff we spoke to were so helpful and knowledgeable, it was great to learn about what they do and see the vehicles operating. Thank for for a great day.

Great day... please SCC don't sell that land off... thanks to all the staff organising members and friends.. my son Seb loved the day to bits and shows the importance the fire services are in the local communities

Attended the Family Fun Day yesterday at fire HQ in Reigate with our 3 kids, have to say how well organised it was and such a good turn out. brillliant displays and lots for the kids to do. very impressed! thanks

Amazingly professional, quick and calm when helping us retrieve our elderly horse who was stuck in a ditch and unable to stand. Massive thank you to nick and the team xx

After a letter from Eddie Roberts, Area Manager of SF&RS, we had a visit from two delightful chaps who provided a free Safe and Well Visit. They were incredibly informative and helpful and replaced a faulty fire alarm for us free of charge. Just wanted to thank them again and say what a brilliant idea these prevention visits are. Thank you so much Surrey Fire and Rescue Service!! 👏👏👏

A great big thanks to the staff at Guildford Fire and Rescue for a guided tour of the vehicles and kit and especially FF Jack who took time to explain everything to a very interested 8yr old!! Hope that by donating our old car you can train to save the lives of those involved traffic collisions.
