90 min: £65
120 min: £80

I range in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reflexology.

I have massaged a wide range of clients, from Oakland Raiders (American) Football players (in need of DEEP sports massage) to new mothers (in need of calming yet light pectoral massage to help with the aches of breast feeding), a client with 2 black widow spider bites dealing with nerve damage in his leg, amongst the copious amounts of computer programmers, athletes, elderly, etc. . . I am very in tune with all of my clients, so every massage is different and fit to your needs.

I became interested in the healing arts when I started getting more in tune with nature. I am an herbalist, and have been studying plants and their medicinal values for almost five years. I wanted to continue my education in this field, and massage therapy was a wonderful way to apply nature through touch. I use coconut oil not only to nourish your skin, but allowing the medicinal value of the coconut to supplement your largest organ of the body. (Please inform me if you have allergies to coconut and we will find an alternative! ). I will then also provide 2-3 different essential oils to add to the coconut oil, depending on their properties. For example, lavender for anti-anxiety, insomnia and deep relaxation. Or any citrus for invigorating and revitalization, (all to be discussed in further detail when we are in contact).
