Person Centered Counselling Service. One-to -One or Group therapy available.

I am a trained Psychologist and Counsellor, qualified in Person Centred counselling and a graduate of the University of Bolton. I adhere to, and work within, the Ethical Framework of Good Practice, which is laid down by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
Uppermost in my counselling sessions, are the person-centred core conditions of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. The sessions focus on goal orientated, problem solving techniques

I am also able to offer a range of complimentary therapies and relaxation techniques.
