after shopping around for what seems like months we have finally welcomed our very first reptile into our home , left the shop feeling very confident but also comfortable to ask the silly questions that will come can't thank you all enough, look forward to shopping with you all again !!!

Love this pet shop. My husband goes here every week to get everything we need for our bearded dragon, snake and treats for the dog too. It always has everything we need and has a great reptile section. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I would like to say a great big thankyou to Jason for the excellent service I received from him regarding the boarding of my bearded dragon Nando.



We left Nando for 2 week initially whilst we went away on a driving holiday.

We developed car trouble and 2 weeks turned into over 3 weeks.



Jason kept Nando for that time no problem for me which aided with the stress levels.



The staff there are all very knowledgable and the shop is very clean.



I would highly recommend Sutton pets and exotics whether you are purchasing a pet, for your pet supplies or for boarding.!

I don't often write reviews but this place needs to be known. My husband had been going in for help and advice over our gecko (not bought from here) for a few weeks the staff have gone above and beyond for us (even calling the vet for us) and I have been telling anyone who will listen how amazing they are! Our Gecko sadly passed away yesterday but the help, advice and support they have given has been out of this world. So to all the staff, keep doing what your doing you are all fabulous and do a fantastic job! Thank you from all of us x

Got my scaley baby, bearded dragon from here 2 weeks ago and the service and advice was brilliant. I had gone in a few days before getting my baby dragon too look at them and all the animals are well looked after and happy. Staff have excellent knowledge of there animals and answered the million questions I had regarding my baby dragon. Got worried about my little scaley baby few days after purchase because she gone off her food. My partner phone the shop to put my mind at ease and again excellent advice and they even looked at her. Next day she shed turns out they go a little of their food when this happens �� Very happy with my healthy baby bearded dragon and would highly recommend Sutton pets and exotics for all you pet needs. I'm a very happy lizard mummy �����
