We are delighted to welcome Archie Burgess to the team. Archie has been riding regularly at Ray and Sue Goldstein's riding school in Lewes and has attended the British Racing School Pony Racing Academy. Archie's ambition is to become a jockey and will be coming in each Saturday morning and starting to ride out on some of the quieter jumpers when they return in July to begin their walking and trotting. Archie is 14yrs old so still at school but we would be very keen for him to have a ride in a pony race if any of my pony racing friends could help please??? 🏇😄🙏👍

Sad to report that Gary Feltham, pictured here with Debestyman, is unlikely to be riding out for us anymore due to a repetitive injury. He popped up today to give the horses some polos and may still come racing from time to time. He has held on to a set of breeches just in case! Gary has been a great help for the last couple of seasons and a well liked member of the team. Thanks for all you've done Gary..we'll all miss having you about. 👍🏇

Took our two 2 year old fillies to Lingfield Park this morning to The Barrier Trials. Very pleased with our girls, THE BLUE BOWER (Keiren Fox) loading first in the video and LIGHTNING BUG (Jason Watson) loading second, lying 2nd and 3rd respectively at the end. Thank you to Keiren and Jason for giving them both such a nice introduction. Due to make their debuts in 2-3 weeks time. 🤩😍

We made the decision to retire MIGHTY VIC and it was only fitting that he was given to Chloe Reed who has absolutely doted on him for the last couple of years. He is pictured here looking a bit hot and sweaty after we had to try and catch him from the field this morning, in order to move him to his new paddock! I'm sure he and Chloe will have great fun together and he will be very happy in his new home. Xx

VUE CAVALIERE ran a great race from the front at Worcester this afternoon to finish a good third under Ben Godfrey. She appreciated the brush hurdles and the flat track here and looks to have a bright future ahead of her over fences. Red Devil Star found the ground just too quick for him here today and the track too sharp. These will likely be our last runners over jumps until the autumn with Plumpton looking quick ground currently now as well. Time for the horses to have their holidays! 😎🏇
