Swad Indian , opened on the 20th of November 2012. The take away incorporates all the different regional dishes from the Indian continent and also has it's own unique specialities , whist staying true to the core of a traditional curry.

Swad Indians unique traditional methods combined with innovative approach , have resulted in truly outstanding dishes being delivered. Our approach of staying true to the traditional base of an Indian dish and blending in our own unique ingredients to bring out different tastes and flavours is our major achievement. Hence our name Swad.

The word Swad is a "sanskrit" word in the Indian language , sanskrit is effectively the traditional language and not modernised . The word can describe flavour , taste and fragrance and is only used to describe something in a positive sense . Hence our name as we are keeping with tradition but at the same time bringing different recipes with our use of alternative foods but keeping to the true essence of a curry .
All our dishes are prepared on site and in real time upon the acceptance of an order . 90 percent of our sauces are created in house and we have very minimal use for industry brands , the purpose of this is to deliver a unique taste to our clients and we feel we are experts in our right.
