We booked this site on the strength of the last review. Honestly, they must have been on a different site??
The site does look nice on the website video but I can't say how disappointed we were. The site wasn't kept nice at all. At first, we thought it was a traveller site due to the number of transit type vans. It was only when we seen the "motorway maintenance" vehicle and blokes in high visibility clothing that we realised that they were the motorway lads.
I feel that I really must mention the stench that lingers over site.. OMG it's terrible! I'm not sure if it was a blocked drain or the site is right next to a farm??
When I asked the owner what it was. He said he couldn't smell it, and then asked ME where it was coming from. So I pointed out that it seems to be coming from a certain part of the site. He answered " don't go down there"
Needless to say, we didn't stay very long. Probably about an hour!
we have just been for a few days at swans harbour. what a lovely clean and tidy site. so if you are looking to go Norwich and a round give it a try.
