I’m very happy with the services I was provided with. I viewed one of the properties they had for sale. Entire viewing was done in a very professional and straight forward way. Shahryar answered all my questions and was extremely friendly and professional. Even though I did not went ahead with the property I am happy and will definitely approach Shahryar whenever I want to buy my new home. Strongly recommended.!!!

Just collected keys. Mould all over carpets.
House was filthy and major items of furniture missing .when I spoke to them about it they had no interested . Disgusting.
My advise to any landlord STAY CLEAR.

Update: 07/02/2018 - After Brexit Rents seem to have plummeted everywhere however Shah and his team of lettings manager have managed to increases my rent. Shah is a great lettings manager and will help you. He has helped me with all of my properties and managed to increase my rent by 20 to 40%. You should have no concerns dealing with Shah and the Swayam Team.
