Good service from the staff and great stock. However, had my hair measured their and was told that even though I am a neutral runner I would benefit from having insoles. I had them made to my feet at an extortionate price. Anyway, I took their advice and purchased them. BIG MISTAKE! Due to the insole I have now got a tendon injury in my right foot. Seen Podiatrist and been told I do not need them and very hard.

I have also heard that salesman get commission for selling insoles. Raise an eyebrow!

I got served by Sam today. He spent nearly an hour making insoles to support my ankles as I have an achilles injury and allowed me to try several shoes. He was able to show me how they were correcting my posture and feet so should help my recover and prevent further injury. He was excellent, supportive and explained everthing. And also he didn't put any pressure on me to buy. I was only gonna buy 1 pair but was so happy with results from 2 I decided to treat myself to both. Time to start training, thank you Sam

Great - excellent advice and help

I had excellent service from this branch. Two staff members helped me who were very knowledgeable and helpful. My running gait has changed to a neutral gait and the first trainers offered were lovely but not right so I went back and they sorted me out different shoes- Brooks Ghost 10 which are amazing! Thank you so much for your help!
