For more than 300 years the Swedish Church in London has been a spiritual home and a source of security and hope for Swedish residents, seafarers and visitors. Worship at Ulrika Eleonora Church includes Parish Communion, Family Services, morning prayer and services of communion during the week. Occasionally Parish Communion is in English. The church is available during opening hours for private prayer. Music plays a vital role in the services. The church is also the home to the large Swedish community living in or around London, with plenty of different groups to meet, weekly or monthly. Playgroup for small children and their guardians, Ung i London for young people in need of a good network or new mates, Senior lunch, cultural seminars and much more. There are several choirs in the church. Ulrika Eleonora Church Choir is the big, main choir, but also newly started (as a project) popular Childrens Choir. As well as Ulricae Drängar, with only men, and Senior Choir. The Lucia Project choir is new every year and support Ulrikae Eleonora during the intensive Lucia period in December, with more than 15 Lucia performances.
