Went there a few weeks ago. The shop keeper made a customised ice cream for me. It was just delicious. I had two. Friendly personnel, wide range of lovely desserts and nice interior. Good do with airco though and more seating booths. :)

Right so I've driven past the shop at least once a wk, first few times I went there queue was massive and I wasn't in the mood to wait!...but then I when I tried the desserts I realised they are definitely worth the wait, so far I've tried...

Looking forward to trying out more!...definitely worth waiting for. Plus they do takeaway! It's a winner. We needed something like this in the area...well done guys. It's clean, chilled out design and ambiance inside, staff friendly and desserts are good! Can't ask for anything more.

Not the best dessert shops I've been to, clean but very small. felt a little intimidated to eat in there as the are is not the best. food and presentation was good.

I am writing this review whilst looking in disgust at the waffles that were just delivered to me. Absolutely diabolical service, never had a waffle quite like it (and that isn't a complement). We waited over 2 hours for our desserts to arrive and when we called to ask where the driver was the calls were being deliberately ignored. When they finally arrived, we opened the boxes and everything looked alright until we tasted them..... they had the cheek to re heat my waffle and the strawberrys were HOT, so hot that they tasted stale! It even looks a mess and the drizzle of white chocolate sauce looks someone with a visual impairment has gone awol with PVA glue!!! Worst dessert shop by a mile. This store definitely focuses on getting their money over giving good customer service. I will be returning my waffle tomorrow to the store to ask them in who's right mind this is acceptable. Shocked is an understatement, refund is pending and management need to take a serious look into their employees. Not going to be ordering from you again! Try the Little Dessert Shop in West Bromwich if anyone else has had a bad experience with Sweet Delights!
