Visited for the first time today, what an amazing sweet shop. Lovely to call into when having a potter round the village. Got Yorkshire mix, midget gems and a lolly but saw them hand making chocolates - will definitely be back to try those! X

Top old school sweets and super homemade chocolate truffles and they can't do enough for you .good selection of sugarfree sweets 🍭

Thought I'd buy local for my sons 9th birthday party bag sweets. Best idea ever! For £1 per bag I got 8 lovely bags of sweets, lovely wrapped and suited for my 9 year olds star wars party perfectly with space popping candy, flying saucers and more. Thanks Sweet Finkle

Such a wonderful idea, just what Sherburn needed! The shop is absolutely stunning and comes with a reminder of childhood for most. Alex and Steve are very very friendly and such a nice idea to show the chocolate being made right in front of you! I bought a mixture of vintage sweets and chocolate racecars. All i can say is they are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend guys!

Only went in for fudge (which was to die for) came out with £12 worth of sweets because of the great variety! All amazing! The service was brilliant, so friendly warming people. Can't wait to go back!

Omg takes me back to me childhood, went in and got my favorites. Sorry but my chocolate toffee balls did not make it home lol they were delish x

My daughter loves going here to spend some of her pocket money especially on midget gems n bonbons. �

Many thanks to Alex and Steve for the lovely donation for our Year 6 Leavers party. We had one very happy and lucky girl going home with her massive jar of sweets. Xxx

I am currently making my way thru an assortment of chocolates, taking it slow is very difficult because they are so moreish! Great job Steve and Alex.

Great friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in shop and the choice of sweets is great..sat enjoying them now! Will definitely be a regular customer 😊🍭 best of luck Alex & Steve

Finally I get to leave a review, best gift we have ever receive in the post. Made it all the way to Australia with nothing broken. Great variety of handmade truffles and chocolates. We all loved the quirky style and great detail on the chocolates, that didn’t last long!! Thank you for giving us the chance to taste your lovely treats.

Fantastic customer service and great handmade chocolate and selection of sweets all at a reasonable price! You can't get any better than that!

Came in to the shop to buy some chocolate earlier today and my son told the guys we were doing some baking... 5 minutes later and we had advice on making our own moulded chocolate... including chocolate and a mould to start us off. My son was delighted (and the end result was great too!).



Thanks for all your help, I now have one delighted son who thinks he’s a budding chocolatier!!

Came in for a look round today. Lovely shop. Bought some little tubs of sweets for the kids. Looked great and really good for a pound. Then saw the melted chocolate pots. Wow they were lovely. The chocolate was amazing. Have to say the people behind the counter were lovely. Very friendly and helpful
