Very lovely place ,the staff is very kindly and the pizza is excellent

So we popped in on Monday and we had such a yummy pizza, which I must say it was different from last time we had it. This time it was nicely cooked and crispy just like we love it, rather than soggy and burned like last time. We thought they changed their pizza chef, so we asked him if he was new. He has been working there for 2 years to our surprise. He's name is Giorgio, from Naples. We highly recommend this guy, so if you want to eat an amazing pizza make sure he's in!!! the service was great also, excellent wine and overall a great night out! We are so looking forward to be back soon! xxx

Best pizzas every time! Stone baked, perfect crust - not soft and not hard - excellent fillings! A real gem of a place - staff friendly and observant.

Pizza Base sauce was just tomato paste mushrooms were tinned. Disappointing

Ok pizza and a nice looking place with a play area for children. It's a shame that the customer service was just terrible. When I informed the manager, she did not apologise and said that it is because they are busy... Well I won't be going back..

Chicken salad wasn't very good - looked as if the chicken was cooked three days ago. Ok atmosphere but staff weren't very friendly

Hi there,



A group of my friends and I decided we would like to spend Valentine’s Day together (2 couples and 1 girl whose boyfriend is away in India right now- seems like a pretty reasonable thing to do). When we arrived we were presented with a Valentine’s special menu which said everyone was entitled to a free glass of prosecco - cute deal for Valentine’s. However when we asked about it we were very brusquely told it was ‘only for couples’ and when we pointed out it doesn’t say that on the menu, your waitress very rudely responded that ‘ it kind of does’. I’m not sure if you appreciate how horrible that is to say to a group of people when you don’t know their personal circumstances, but it is.



Furthermore it’s a misleading promotion to put in front of customers without any terms and conditions and then rudely tell them it doesn’t apply to them, on a discriminatory basis.



We were also then asked to order more quickly because it was going to be very busy tonight, I am still here and can currently see at least 5 spare tables.



I literally cannot believe how the waitress just spoke to us. In the age of customer centricity it’s just frankly terribly customer service.

Won't be going again. Tin of tomatoes chucked on crappy gluten free dough.

Staff are lovely. It's a pity about the pizza. But no one checked if it was ok.

Good selection of wines if you just want to drink.
