Hello and welcome to Sweetbeginnings Babycare!

I have created Sweetbeginnings babycare to provide parent`s and parent`s to be practical advice and support. I aim to offer a bespoke and tailored service according to each family`s requirements. Being a parent myself to four boys I understand how overwhelming it can be at times. Parent`s today are faced with so much pressure and knowing what to do with their little one can be a minefield of conflicting advice. Having experienced the ups and downs of parenthood myself as well as working with children professionally has enabled me to understand parent`s anxieties.

Sweetbeginnings babycare aims to offer support, guidance, reassurance and the practical tools for you to parent your way confidently. I can provide parents one to one sessions for expectent parents, tailored to your individual requirements. This includes information on feeding choice, preparing for babys birth, sleep, routines, what to expect and how to set up your home ready for your new bundleof joy. I can also arrange practical support and guidance in the early weeks for you and your baby.

Sweetbeginnings sleep consultancy aims to provide a bespoke and unique sleep coaching service in order to get families sleeping sweetly. I offer various packages according to your babys age and stage of development and your own individual circumstances. Whether its to understand your babys sleep patterns or to stop bedtime battles or constant wake ups i can help.

Sleep is important for children`s growth, brain development and for a healthy immune system. Children who sleep well will show improvement in their mood, behaviour and performance during the day. Sleep deprivation in adults can have serious consequences upon our health. Getting the sleep you as a family deserve enables you all to enjoy those precious moments of parenthood.

Home consultations are currently available in the evenings or at weekends in the maidstone /west kent area. However i can offer consultations via phone, skype or facetime if you are a little further afield.
